Amazing Apartment, staff was very helpful, Breakfast could have more options.would come back again.

Apartments are large and well equipped. We were there on business and the location was just right. There is also room service where the food was ok. Breakfast is unfortunately not for non-Indians, we had bought in the supermarket. There is also a deduction because the pool and fitness were closed.

A comfortable, homely and yet the hotel experience cannot be missed in terms of service

I have stayed at this place with friends for about five years ... Overall the apartment is excellent for the price paid, its location is fairly good, they also have a taxi delivery service or a driver's car fare for a daily flight,

Very cost effective place to stay if you are travelling in a group. Fully furnished apartments with high quality items for usage .. including washing machine, toaster, microwave, dishware, dishes, bowels , spoons , gas stove.

Clean, well furnished high quality serviced apartments.

I stayed there December,2016. I enjoyed the time there, great service and friendly people. If you are going to Mumbai I recommend the Lalco Residency.

Well maintained rooms

Fantastic place to stay in mumbai. I came here on work. And I loved it. It feels like you're in a 2 BHK, almost like home. I needed a place to stay where I could open the windows. And this place has almost floor to ceiling windows. None of the 4 or 5 star hotels let you open windows in the both the bedrooms and the living room! This place is highly recommended. Clean and well maintained. Food not so great at the restaurant. But, it gets the basics right.

Good rooms and service though a bit expensive
Cost about 6000 per day for 2 people and a child

We had come down here for a friends wedding and the hospitality was good!
The rooms were spacious! And all the service was pretty good!

Lalco Service Apartments, a premium service apartment with all amenities, we stayed their for almost 3 months, its was a nice experience, good security, lavish 2.5 bhk apartment with complimentary breakfast.

Lalco residency serviced appartment is a great place to stay for long term as well as short term and a very good set of team, it truly is a home away from home. We hired two bed room appartment for almost 3 months and we didn't had any issue with any thing, more over the staffs took really good care in what ever possible ways... it's got very excellent service, great food and a very friendly nature of staffs. We had a great stay with lalco family and we would definitely recommend everyone. Regard to all lalco family... cheers...

Food is gud but room service is poor, if u stay for more than 1 night and ask for room cleaning second day, they will not clean ur room n say we clean only alternative days

Pathetic service both at front desk and in the rooms. Poorly managed operations.

Big service apartment. with ample parking and all amenities.

The greatest deal in Mumbai. It's service apartments with hotel service. No bvb grand entrance but rooms are amazingly nice. Staff is is super! Only problem is if you want to go to bandra or north mumbai is about 55mins during trafficking time.

It's so beautiful the service is excellent any body coming to Mumbai do stay at this place you will enjoy it so much lots to do in this complex for family and business man/women

Excellent stay. Top notch facilities and a courteous staff, especially Shweta, Sudarshan and Mahaisud.

1-I Noticed a supper dangerous object,that was a 10KG propane Gas bottle in the kitchen and the bottle was a medium size and connected direct to the Cooker. Gas bottle wasn t leaked however, there was chance of fire at any moment. boiler was broken after my request it replaced by another broken one but likely was able to boil water for .

Cloths cabinets were Lose not safe for young The children.
3-
Gym equipments just use-able over all, nothing looked like in the pictures.
4- this residence was surrounded by heavy traffic.

Nice place to stay just like home room service good only once in a day if u RETURN the room service they will not come back again food, staff security all good nice place for family and corporates

this place became the worst place for anyone to stay in mumbai.
when you arrive and you checkin they keep 10,000 INR as safety deposit and they promise you verbally the return of that money within 48 hrs from check out and this return of money never happens.... still fighti g to get my money back over 2 weeks now from checkout contacted their managers patil and amjad and no response ... grand theft lalco residency...

One of the finest service apartments you will get at Andheri. Good food, ambience and service at an average price. Also the clubhouse offers fine entertainment !

Nice place for temporary stay. Fully furnished clean apartments. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, and the bathrooms are nice. They replace towels and clean up the rooms as well.

Really liked it...well maintained, good facilities, courteous staff (including watchman/security personnel). We were a group of about 20 people, and had taken 4 apts on the same floor. We could accommodate 5 people in one apartment (ones we took had 3 bedrooms plus kitchen, dining area and drawing room. 2 bathrooms, one attached for master bedroom and another common for the other 2 rooms). Rooms equipped with TV's in all rooms. Kitchen has a fridge, stove,few utensils, cutlery, water cooler and purifier, boiler, etc. They also have a small restaurant on the first floor ( which also offers room service). Did not get time to check out their swimming pool, gym, games room,etc...We also heard they have other rooming options like 2 bedrooms, single bedroom,etc. Overall good value for money..would most definitely recommend..

Everyone were coordinate with me and service is to good. Sudarshan and Mahasiud respond good. Good lalco it's care to customers... Security awesome

If you are coming from outside mumbai. Don't enter this place. Very unprofessional staff and very unprofessional treatment to the guests. The most worst stays we had. We stayed for more than a month and paid more than 4 lakhs. I will never recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable stay at affordable rates. There are flats with 3 bhk arrangements with kitchen and dining space. Breakfast is served at ground floor. Tea and coffee maker is provided in flats only.

4 star apartment, very clean, spacious apartments, kitchen well equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, fresh water machine etc. Plenty to do at this place for children, in room service, clean swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, kids playgroud. Quick room service and great views of surrounding areas!!!

This is a place which is VFM. They have very nice spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchens, large bedrooms, spic and span bathrooms. The place affords a nice clear view of the skyline. Even if you are looking for a weekend getaway from home, even if you are a resident of Mumbai, this is the place to visit.

Due to excellent customer services provided by Lalco Personnel's available at Reception namely Mahaisud, Shweta, Ruchita and in Sales Shruti Das, would like to visit again and again whenever needed as this place is better than Hotels. No body feels home sick during his Business trip

Location is good. Reasonably priced for Mumbai . Avoid food , quantity less and pricey. It's a service Apartment .

Well proportioned apartments, bedrooms are small and bathrooms not finished to the high standard of the rest of the living space. Kitchen showing signs if wear and tear.
Good location. Taxi drivers don't really know where it is so save the location in Google maps. Uber works much better for location pick ups

One of the good hotel near a Mumbai airport located in Andheri East in Kalpataru Estate.
Staff is good. clean neat and very well organised.
