Need for renovation. Need more service minded / friendly staff. Located well and close to shops.

Ate lunch in the restaurant, great food, plenty of seating.

Good food, nice and knowledgeable staff, large and lovely room

You get what you pay for? The rooms are old but clean. The breakfast was under all criticism. There was only mass-produced food here and no granola, salami or dark bread.

Have not slept in the hotel but the lunch is quite ok. The salad buffet was very fresh and the coffee and the dessert cookies were very good. Nice staff and they are good at filling the food so there is always food. Nice atmosphere and it feels clean in the dining room and on the toilets

Best breakfast. Friendly staff. Both our dogs and we expressly welcome.

Fairly worn rooms, outdated with, among other things, thick TV. Lack of hygiene in the bathroom, long black hairs in the bathtub that do not come in from us. Free parking with on permit.

I was realy surprised over the lunch buffet at HotelKramm in Kramfors. The complementary sallads buffet was huge. A choice of fish or long cooked pork.. Was delicious. Home baked bread och after the lunch was a cake buffet served with coffee or tea. Loved the lunch. Thank You. Only down side was that almost every table was reserved for a conference..

The so-called hotel is no longer occupied from 8 p.m.! The phone number to call is not friendly at 10 p.m.
00 if you have not reserved then ...

No other hotel pension in kramfors! Even the police have tight as tight as sensible .... too bad the parking lot is overlooked by holes ....

Restaurant Lunch
Very good food. Buffet with various dishes, salad buffet, various breads and drinks as well as dessert tea / coffee and various pieces of sweets.

I have only been on a quick visit to First Hotel Kramm, at a conference. The coffee was good and the lunch was well prepared. The restaurant was quiet and well organized.

We live nearby but go to the lunch as often as possible. Now post corona it is fantastic - food, salad bar and a big shout out to the extremely friendly curteous staff they make being there a pleasure

Good room and breakfast. Spa: One was bad! No extra towels, slippery floor, no working dryer and cockroach in the shower. We had to dry with paper ...

A sketch for a comedy taken from monty pyton. Unclean, poor food, the staff wants to provide more service than they get and despite several conversations with the CEO, they refuse to realize that they remain in the 1900s where thick TV and bedbugs were standard. Stay away until they change the Kramm lighting, so maybe they are committed to renewing the whole concept.

Boring rooms but good breakfast. The staff are chatty happy and nice. There is somewhere to sleep when you are out at work

Everything is good but a TV from the 90's with a shaky picture. Under all criticism should really be reviewed!

Was there for lunch with the job, the food, the environment, the premises and the staff, I consider very approved.

Serves a very large and good Christmas table

Winter and very cold, but warm and cordial staff that make you feel comfortable and at home. Very good service and good food.

the food is made by and for older people so it is a bit awkward for us civilized people, but besides that, this place is the only thing we have in the municipality that you could call "nice". I was on the roof once and ran away at the town hall which I do not know how legal it is but anyway, it was better before when my grandmother owned the place

Very good food. Several options and fantastic salad at good price. Nice view if you sit at the window. The minus is that there are often a lot of people and therefore a lot of noise. Pleasant problem ..

Nice place to stay . Rooms are very clean.they have room service and laundry service.they have restaurant in the hotel.shop also very close to the hotel.they have microwave at the ground floor near the restaurant. they don't have any fridge in the hotel.they have free gym and sauna

Just eat at restaurnagne and it was nice. However, some little menu and pretty expensive beer.

The rooms are fresh but very simple and lack some such as sockets by the bed for mobile phone chargers. Parking with engine heater socket included. What raises the rating from a third to a four is that the breakfast was very nice with a rich selection.

Decent average hotel for the business traveller. Rooms slightly tired, but the staff is excellent. Very friendly, no request too big.

A hotel of standard standard and what one can expect with the prevailing price picture. However, a fantastic service beyond the ordinary. Was hugely well treated by Hampus who worked at the reception as well as the nice staff in the restaurant was hugely service minded even though I just joined the closing day. Can highly recommend this place.

Great food and breakfast, as well as helpful staff.
However, think it is rather outdated rooms and the whole hotel feels old. From the outside it looks boring, which unfortunately became the first impression too
