Excellent Hotel.I like specially Apartment hotel. I generally visit Mumbai 2/3 times a years. Always prefer to stay at Lalco Residency. Excellent Apartment with affordable price. Hotel is very near to Bombay Exhibition Center. I,m Happy with Lalco Residency. All staff are good & behavior are also good.

The place is located on a broad road street and is easy to locate and has good views. The place is a service apartment and has many rooms in different categories. As on January 2020 there is a seemingly work of construction or some flyover is happening on the outside road so some congestion can be faced while reaching here. The service is quite good and the staff is very courteous. The morning breakfast is quite delicious, healthy and nicely cooked. The food here is quite tasty and balanced. The interior of the rooms, room service and the toilet kit, gadgets, apparatus and other amenities work perfectly well and the overall experience is quite good. The place has some residential apartment in the same plot adjoining to it. Overall worth five star rating place.

Though it's a service apartment it completely has a feel of hotel stay.

Though Lalco has good facilities but they tend to charge more without informing the guests. Staff at front desk is unaware of the charges and you land up paying excess charges during bill settlement. e.g. I was not informed that early check in starts from 6:00am. I checked in at 5:00am and no one told me that if I check in at 5:00am instead of 6:00am then I will be charged full room rent instead of 50% if I check in at 6:00am. I landed up paying RS. 8,000 for early check in instead of RS. 4,000/- just for one hour gap.
Managers also have no control on front desk staff and many people fight in front desk while check out due to excess billing. Be careful !! I am really disappointed.

This place is in Mumbai. I stayed in this place for 2 weeks. I really enjoyed my stay. The security is good. Very helpful staff. I stayed in a 2BHK apartment. They have all the kitchen utensils. If you are planning for a long stay and you are someone likes home cooked food. It's possible here. You just need to buy whatever you want to cook and enjoy your dinner with A/C and TV. They have fridge, oven, washing machine. 3 TV,'s one in the hall and other two in both the bedroom. Both the bedroom have big wooden cupboard. You can feel like home. Service is really good. They provide you with the morning breakfast which is really amazing. The food menu is little expensive so I have always order food from outside. But the best part is they let the outside food come and deliver to your door step at any time. One should really try the breakfast. They have swimming pool and gym as well. My experience with Lalco was great

Great residential complex for service apartments. They have 2 bhk, 3 bhk & 6 bhk apartments for rent. They offer furnished apartments with kitchen facilities. Breakfast is included in the package. The also have a half Olympic size swimming pool as well as a great gym facility.

Well maintained apartments with all amenities and we had a group lunch which was the veg and non veg thali which had variety and good tasteful food. Narendra Ujinwal at Lalco was very helpful to plan the group lunch

They ask for security deposit of 10000 Rs which was not mentioned during booking...and they accept only cash...and also they do not allow visitors at all times...
