Great place for the corporate & Family with nice & helping staff. Clean & awesome interior with advanced security systems. Beautiful & peaceful stay . Been there 3 times and refer others too for stay if need a place for Mumbai

This is a great place to stay with family and friends

Rooms were good.. There is gym, pool, sports facilities.. WiFi was slow and it costs extra..

Check in and check out was quick and best. All staff were always helpful and friendly. Someone was always available with a nice smile to open elevator.
Rooms were nice, clean and spacious with all necessities available for an apartment. Had few maintenance issues which were sorted out immediately. Loved the place though the only issue felt regarding full payment in advance which was not an issue for us however these are no more international standards.

One of the most spacious and well equipped societies.

The apartments are good but the staff is horrible. It boils down from the inefficient and rude manager Mr. Amjad.

Dear ishaque Patel. I have bill proof for the amount paid. You have put an online reply for us to reconsider the stay. My associates are still staying in Lalco. We came there to visit them. We are not even allowed to visit them saying we cannot go in because we posted a tweet of what we went through publicly. Then what is your reason to put a tweet saying do reconsider us. U don't have any respect for ur clients or customers. I can prove my payment and my treatment. Do you have the balls to do it pls.

Great rooms.. that feel like home and still looks like a proper international Service Apartment!!

Hugely recommend if your looking for a comfortable stay in Mumbai that's in a good location and on the main road which makes it super easy to get Ubers or even the local auto-rickshaws..

While I've been visiting Lalco since many years now, the service has been more of less great. The last visit however could have been better since the room was not as clean as i expected it to be. Kitchens usually comes with microwave but this time we had to call them and ask for one. There was dust on the floor which meant the room was not cleaned for quite sometime. I didn't want to complaint coz in the current COVID scenario I was hoping to get a room that was not recently occupied by anyone

It is one of the best places to stay in Mumbai, especially if you are staying for a long time. With all hotel amenities & a touch of homeliness, Lalco Residency offers a warm hospitality with excellent food service.

From the time of making the first call & speaking with Mr. Amjad to checking out after 8 days, it was a seemless & a delightful experience. All the staff is very supportive & accommodative to your needs. It was indeed a memorable stay & I ll be back soon.

Comfy spacious apartments with ACs and widescreen TVs in every room. Courteous and non-judgemental but slightly forgetful staff. Overall good experience.

The apartments are all nice and dandy. Conveyance might be an issue though.

Very nice place located inside kalpataru building very friendly and really helpful staff who helped in each and every point of work as it's an 3 bhk and 2 bhk hotel converted from an residential building but it really feels like an home place once we enter into the flat . Also I saw people staying there for couple of months and found shocking the family stays there as it's an hotel really lovely place to visit for an home feeling place an also very convenient for each travel

Great friendly and helpful staff. Clean complex. Good facilities...pool gym etc. Security guards good. Breakfast was ok. Dining hall could do with modernising

Residency is good but the food needs to improve. Last food order is at 9.30 pm where for working professionals it becomes difficult to each on time.

Home away from home, we get a homely atmosphere here

Spacious rooms, amazing food and what more do you need when on a holiday? Happy with Lalco Residency services. I returned back home just a few days before lockdown but they took care of everything in advance. Cleanliness was maintained. Morning breakfast was good. Most comfortable vacations I have ever experienced.
I would highly recommend everyone to stay at Lalco Residency for better vacations.

Here s my advice to new travellers:
1. Very poor hospitality by front desk and managers- if I remember right !!! Quite a shocker to see people in accountable positions treat guests in an unfriendly manner... well now to the details - we were booked a wrong type of room (other than what we had asked for)and when we had requested for the right kind of room after a while we had a bitter argument due to the kind of tone with which these managers spoke to us
2. The water in the kitchen seemed very old - we had to ask them to fill new water from the RO purifier
3. Water in the restroom was brownish to black at times
4. Though lalco claims to be a 5 star alternative and is superficially clean, I saw some really unclean and shoddy windows .kind of unhealthy .I wish I could attach them here on google reviews..
Overall my experience was very bad!!

They take money from people and say that booking is not done. And they judge people according to dress. Receptionist are worse. They feel they are the boss of the hotel.

Spacious, well furnished, good value. Sewer smell in the kitchen. I would stay again.

Nice apartment for staying with family. I am giving 5 star.

Good choice for group stay.breKfast though not elaborate but included in tariff.one can use club facilities too

High Security! If you re visiting someone here, they will ask for ID proof and take a photo copy of it. Do write on the copy that it s for visiting someone in Lalco, so that it s not misused. Very well maintained. Worth staying here if you re inclined to Service Apartments.

An ok place for those who love staying in service apartment instead of living in any rented flats..
Service is not so good and food facilities are really below the mark..
They charge high prices in comparison to the services they provide to their customer...
Location is good and big swimming pool that's why giving 3 stars otherwise it is not worth it..

Amazing apartments very well cleaned,spacious and Sales person Amjad Khan helped us alot during our stay , housekeeping staff was very helpful. Would recommend anyone.
