joined the meeting for my course in good time today to be told it would not go ahead due to issues with the trainers internet connection. I was with the rest of the group assured that I would be placed in to another course that would finish at the same time as my original curse at 5.30pm by the technical assistant dealing with the group. We were told to wait for an email with joining instructions for the new course which would arrive no later than 15.05. I received no email and attempted to find a number for TTC to find out was happening. In the interim I received a call from Rebecca at TTC who told me I could not be offered another course for today and would have to rebook for another day.

I explained that I had taken half a day of leave at my own expense to attend the course and this was totally unacceptable. I am a full time carer outside of working hours so my options are almost impossible I had gone to great lengths to make myself available today and another day was not an option. I was told there was nothing that could be done everyone was in a meeting and that the procedure was to email. These people take no responsibility for their actions or the impact their cost saving has on others. Absolutely disgraceful

Was on a speed aware corse on 6 September .what cockney unprofessional.pair Damien and the other guy with the beard.iwent through 95% of the corse .the I asked one question.and was told I failed the corse .the later on they lied and told TTC I was agresive and abusive to cover their backs .things like the law should never be put in the hands of private business it's open to abuse.ie money

trying to book a course and all the times are the same!
how the hell are parents with children in school meant to attend, when we have got the school run to do?
I've even tried all different venues with everyone of them being the same time!
no weekends on offer at all in any venue.
PURE DISCRIMINATION !!!

Attended the speed awareness course today with Anjela as the trainer. What an awful, vile woman who reduced people to tears. Spoke to the whole group like children, complete lack of people skills a disgrace of a trainer (speaking as a trainer!)

Really good course. Got locked out at break-got me straight back in. Very good delivery by the course tutor

Recently attended a speed awareness course with TTC in Doncaster. The booking process was easy and 2 reminders were sent via email prior to attending the course, the course started with 2 tutors, one we'll call "M" for the purpose of the review, and the other we shall call "A". M was patient, answered questions in a respectable manner and tone and did his best to try and make the course bearable, these courses are very long and absolutely soul destroying but M does a rather good job of encouraging everyone to speak and participate in the course rather than have you sit at your table sulking.

"A" on the other hand, well, if I was to give A the benefit of the doubt I'd say she must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning, but it seems unlikely. After asking 3 or 4 questions and recieving the wrong answers she was very abrupt in correcting people, had an awful tone and it became apparent that nobody else in the group wanted to answer her questions, it wasn't a nice atmosphere at all and prior to witnessing this I'd have given a 5 star review.

Half way through the course you get a 15 minute break, the group I was in spent this time making jokes about "A" and what might have crawled up her rectum that morning as well as re considering our options, go home and lose your fee knowing you'll be issued 3 points and a fine anyway, or go back inside and hold it together for another 2 hours and hope that A didn't have much more to say, we decided it best to see the course through and thankfully A didn't come back after the break, 2nd half of the course was a breeze.

Attended this course on the 8th July all went well until they called a ten minute break. Ten minutes later was unable to log back in. I immediately phoned next morning as I missed the last 40 minutes and asked why I had been cut off. They More

Great day out! I ll take the family next time. Sure the kids will love it. Highlights for me, not been able to find any communications in my email, not getting the reminder email and paying twice... would recommend to anyone that has 4 hours to spare.

Excellent speed aware ~ nous course th@ attended this evening, very clear & balanced , though pertinent out~ in - struction . Should be a mandatory requirement of all drivers to be updated with said out ~ in - formation.

Also dealing patiently with individuals th@ clearly didn't get enough attention as children.

The experience unviels how stupified the majority of one is & inturn requires more relative attention , perchance an advanced driving course would remedy this .

Calling system is terrible cant get through when i needed to change my course date

It is impossible to get in touch with these people. No email, phone number is pointless. TELLING me i MUST do a zoom course which i am unable to do. If I end up getting points on my licence because of their ineptitude I will be taking legal action. Sort yourselves out.

Absolutely appalling service
Unable to log in to 2 courses booked via this company.
This has now resulted in a fine and point all through their incompetence also only refunded half the money paid out for course. Considering I was unable to actually complete the course,I should have received a full refund.
So not only has it cost me time and money I am going to incur further costs over the next few year WELL DONE TTC GROUP WASTE OF TIME AND CAUSED FURTHER STRESS AND ANXIETY

When I first called up to book the course, the woman I spoke to was really rude and the secound lady I spoke to was the same. I couldn't belive how I was treated, and because of this my anxiety was up the roof. I was so close just to take the points, but im glad I didn't.

I did my course online and I must say I was shocked. The lady who presented it was lovely, and I actually learnt alot from the course. I'm so glad I took the course instead of the points
A* to the lady! - If it wasn't for the poor customer service I would definitely rate it 5 stars.

Load of complete rubbish , drink driving course ! More like highway code course !complete rubbish didn't learn a thing ,money making idea!

Very informative learnt alot that I didnt know. I was expecting a long lecture however it was more of a informative session. Instructor was great too

Had to go on one of these 'Motorway Awareness' courses. All the way through it the two members of staff were extolling the virtues of Smart Motorways and would bat away any critical observations - such as the ones that have also recently been highlighted on BBC Panorama - they are so blinkered I regard their advice as dangerous. The male wanted to 'jolly things along' with a friendly tone but the female occasionally let her 'friendly' mask slip and reverted to point scoring against anyone who dared question her preachings. They abuse their position - unless you agree with them and what they say you can be reported as failing. My advice, turn up, pretend to agree, get this sham over with and get on with your life.

.not the most helpful people in the world. Never could give me an exact answer. But then they do work for the police.

Just had a zoom course today..and had exactly the same treatment as another post...after the 10 minute break wasn't allowed to re enter the group by the trainer this is nothing but a scam ...I'm taking this matter to my MP and furthermore to the courts these individuals are deliberately conning people with lack of service no dout the police authorities should be informed as they are there 3rd party.

Highly recommended, eye-opener, shocked, knowledge,, trust me go on it, it'll make you think twice, different outlook.

I recently completed a drink drive awareness course and must say what an eye opening experience it was it has made me think before I now have a drink. Even though I am not driving yet I am calculating units and volumes. I took my course in Hinckley and our tutor I must say was informative, professional and helpful in all aspects if only this sort of information was learnt as part of driving lessons would make things better

Unable to contact phone number doesn't work and link from confirmation email didn't work good look trying to get in touch.

Working with TTC Group as a client for the last 3 years, they have excelled in providing cycle training throughout the borough of Harrow for adults and children at competitive rates. Highly recommended with a reputable service!

Useless company, rather than using online classrooms for courses they just cancelled them and cost people the chance to complete courses.

literally the worst. nothing works. terrible service. trying to book a service in it self is an ordeal.

Don't waste your money my husband should have got his licence back in September still waiting now for it.

Impossible website - have spent a fruitless hour trying to book a virtual course!
