Though Lalco has good facilities but they tend to charge more without informing the guests. Staff at front desk is unaware of the charges and you land up paying excess charges during bill settlement. e.g. I was not informed that early check in starts from 6:00am. I checked in at 5:00am and no one told me that if I check in at 5:00am instead of 6:00am then I will be charged full room rent instead of 50% if I check in at 6:00am. I landed up paying RS. 8,000 for early check in instead of RS. 4,000/- just for one hour gap.
Managers also have no control on front desk staff and many people fight in front desk while check out due to excess billing. Be careful !! I am really disappointed.
