I love this store.Such a lovely store and restaurant.Staff are fantastic.

A well stocked and spacious store fully of household gadgets. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Staff friendly, big spacious building. Can find what you want, if not, staff very helpful. Nothing to much trouble. A very good variety of products, some you may never use in your lifetime, but others you could definitely use.

Outstanding cream tea in the cafe... And some great kitchen ware of course

One if my favourite stores. Just a shame that the wait for a table in the cafe was nearly an hour!

Nice cafe good service good food and the little play area is great.

Always a stop for is when we are in The Lakes. Like all shops there are Covid restrictions in place but the staff were as friendly and helpful as ever.

Excellent shop for all your kitchen / household items, not the cheapest but very good quality.

The Mothership for Lakeland Lovers... every conceivable kitchen and home gadget possible, such as an electric food wrap dispenser (voted pointless gadget 2015).

Be sure to visit to browse the aisles aimlessly whilst secretly grateful a designer has tackled such pressing first-world problems.

We always pop into Lakeland when we're in the area, and always find something interesting to take home.

There were 2 of us, & we had a very tasty lunch there today. Then had a walk round the shop. I have a good many items from your shop, which I bought in the past, so really enjoyed our time there.

All kinds of kitchen utensils. Madness for addicts in the kitchen! On the top floor there is a restaurant with good food and many cakes. In addition, they have a children's play area (not supervised) and a baby changer.

I have just received a delivery from Lakeland. Service was excellent and the product is great but the amount of packaging needs to be reviewed. There was a cardboard box inside a cardboard box. Inside that was a self assembly veg rack wrapped in multi layers of polystyrene which was then wrapped in plastic. Come on Lakeland, cut down on the plastic and multiple boxes and help save the planet.

Great location and lovely modern shop. lots of space to walk around and doesnt get too busy. Helpful staff and lots of parking space. huge selection of household items and food.

The flagship of Lakeland kitchen supplies. A large and very well stocked shop with very friendly staff. A good parking area gives easy access to this shop. Upstairs there is a cafe serving a reasonable range of food by friendly staff.

Excellent food in restaurant....and a soft play area for under 5's so perfect for a rainy Lake District day!!

They always have just what I need. Also lots of lovely gift ideas too.

Interesting stuff you never knew you needed. Restaurant has waiting system at busy times so grab first if you want to eat. Disappointing cheese scone otherwise good.

Good shop not as big as I expected but got everything I want and more.

A great place to come shopping for things you never knew you actually needed. Staff are always very welcoming and knowledgeable about products.

Not very busy today. Good distancing. 1st floor restaurant is open and well managed covid wise. Had a good visit.

Great choice in store and ate at upstairs cafe, had soup and sandwich meal which was tasty. Only downside is that exit sinage could be better.

I bought gift vouchers for my godson. After 10 days of waiting and no vouchers appearing I sent an email via Lakeland s contact us page. No reply! I m the end I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Five phone calls later and 1.5 hours of time invested I eventually got a refund.
I m very un-impressed by the service by such a reputable brand.

This is the flagship store, excellent range of stuff and helpful staff has a cafe upstairs if you need a break.

Lakeland's customer service is second to none! I recently lost the paddle for my Lakeland ice cream maker and asked Lakeland if it was possible to get another paddle. Not only did Lakeland find me a paddle, but they sent it to me free of charge with their compliments. I can't speak highly enough of this company, they really are like a breath of fresh air. Thank you Lakeland and keep up the good work!

Absolutely amazing store, couldn't believe how big it was compared to the other Lakeland stores. The selection of baking things was ace. I will definitely be back. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive over, can't see me going to another Lakeland now. This is by far the best, the choice was brilliant

Great place for all your kitchen supplies although slightly over priced. It's fairly easy to remain socially distanced from other shoppers and the shop itself is very clean.

Absolutely fabulous. Amazing store everything you need under one roof. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Lovely restaurant upstairs. Lift available.

A huge branch of the UK's best kitchenware store. Has so much in stock that the others don't, or can't, in a clean and spacious shop.

There's also a children's play area, and a really nice restaurant upstairs. It can get quite busy at times, and this being Windermere, parking cant be tricky.

Nevertheless, highly recommended.

Great shop for all your kitchen and household needs, everything from a frying pan to bin bags. Great cafe but quite expensive.

This is the best lakeland store I have been to. I think it is their flagship store. Good selection of stock, well laid out and very friendly staff

Well for a domestic goddess it's probably utopia. For your average man, who's useless in the kitchen and the laundry, bored stiff.

This is a great place to go for all your cooking and baking needs and any kitchen gadget you can think of, it may not be the cheapest but it is excellent quality. The shop is now open, but reduced hours and with social distancing measures in place during this Pandemic. The cafe is closed at this time.

Fabulous range of kitchen ware. Comically slow restaurant. Pricey but usually worth it.

Fantastic customer service. Thank you for listening to my comment about the Christmas crackers which I had bought, and then resolving the issue. Courteous and sympathetic listening, I would give 6 stars if that were possible.

Queuing outside for the cafe in the rain wasn't the best experience. Surely the queue could be inside on the stairs. Otherwise good as usual

Wife could bankrupt me shopping here, great stuff if you need any home items for kitchen etc. Even has a great cafe up stairs, highly recommend the hot chocolate

Everything you could want for your kitchen and a good restaurant. Great to see they've invested in good design for the building and surroundings.

Quiet, well distanced people. Quality goods at reasonable prices in most cases.

This building is super nice, you can take a ride when you are waiting for the train at Windermere.

Lovely friendly staff who are really helpful. Lots of things to buy that you didn't even know you needed!!!!!

Told there was a 10 minute wait for the cafe, which turned out to be 20+ so we gave up. Service seemed to be disorderly with no proper process in place, as there were plenty of tables available and it wasn t particularly busy. Not great to make my pregnant wife pointlessly stand for so long.

Had an excellent lunch and always worth a visit to the shop. The food was very good value

I have been shopping at Lakeland Windermere since it was a prefab in the car park...40 years!!!.my kitchen is filled with all manner of products..pans..gadgets..All shapes and sizes of bake ware.. always impressed with quality and customer care. Have shopped on line and visited windermere hundreds of times However have always wondered why you guys have not introduced a loyalty card scheme..a little reward now and again to show appreciation to such loyalty would be most welcome.

Large range of products, friendly and helpful staff. Would go here again.
