The Mrs and I with our two small kids were towing a pop up camper up I77 when my engine started thumping like one cylinder was not firing right. No MIL light to check I thought they should be able to diag the issue. First told me to unhook my camper to pull it in. No prob I can do that. Then changed their mind and said they could not help me, would not even open the hood. Said if we have any more problems to call Chrysler in Roanoke. "Really!!"
I finally found that no 3 plug was shorting intermittenedly. Thanks for nothing!
