Best car buying experience I have ever had. I tried to buy a similar vehicle in my hometown but was not treated with the respect that I was at Lake Norman. Jimi Haly was knowledgeable and moved the process along comfortably. I m so happy with my Jeep and my experience at the dealership.

By far the worst experience I have had with Jeep service! Dropped my jeep off Sunday morning to have it serviced Monday morning while I was out of town. Normal oil change, state inspection and tire rotation and recall. I specifically asked for them to adjust my tire pressure as I get alerts all day because of the weather change. I start getting a texts at 7:20 that my jeep is getting worked on. By 9AM Chuck calls to tell me that my radiator needs replacing. After several times of me telling him I will get a second opinion because nothing has been leaking, or overheating. So for $1000 I think it would be smart to get a second look. He then tells me he would have my car completed sometime today . After rudely cutting me off twice I told him there is no reason my car should not be ready by 11 for a few items. My jeep was ready on time. Fast forward to the next day and long behold I get in my car and to my surprise the tire pressure alerts go off! And today as well! I called the service department yesterday and Brandon the service manager only returned my call because the scheduler forgot I spoke to her that morning and she called me in the afternoon to ask me how my visit was. LOL! Brandon advised me that if my alert was going off it means they did not adjust the tire pressure. Makes me think what they actually don t do when you take your car in for service. I will not take my jeep back here.

They are lucky to get one star. My husband and I had the worse service and interactions with these people INCLUSING THE GENERAL MANAGER!!! These people are just sorry. We went to look at a 2500 truck. We could not agree on price and we were fine with that. The next day they call us saying they "recalculated" the numbers and came to close to what we agreed on .My husband told them he would call right back because he had to talk with me. We contacted them back to accept and they said the number changed and they were higher than the original quote than when we drove there to look at it. We wanted to know why and they said we will call back in 15 minutes. No call back. My husband called the next day and talked to the same guy. He said I'll call you right back. No call back again. It took emailing the general manager to get a phone call back and the general manager put it off on someone else. He couldn't even call! This is ridiculous and the worst customer service. They should be ashamed with the way they do business!!!

I bought a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Touring L. My sales person was Mark Mosayebi. He was very friendly and versed on my vehicle. The atmosphere of the dealership was nice. There is a nice cafe that offers refreshments while we waited. The finance officer was even nice to deal with. I got a great deal on the exact vehicle I wanted. This was probably the best car buying experience I have had.

Stephanie, Stephanie, Stephanie. I can't say enough about how amazing Stephanie was today. My daughter and I came to Lake Norman Chrysler to look at pre owned Jeep Cherokees. We thought we knew exactly what we were looking for and exactly what we wanted to spend. Stephanie spent hours with us showing us everything and making suggestions to help us get what we wanted. Not one moment of her being pushy or trying to rush us. By the end of the day we had what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Shocking right! Well let me tell you it was specifically due to Stephanie that we waited it out and moved forward with the sale even after the manager I believe his name was Kenny was rude and pushy. He was over heard by my husband and son to safe F that when he was told about something that needed correction in the vehicle. Finance department I believe Delores was also very lovely. She took great care in making sure my daughter understood all the legalities of the purchase. In honesty if I had read the reviews I would have never gone to this dealership but WOW are we grateful we got placed with Stephanie. Please if you decide to push past all the terrible reviews ONLY go to her. I can't say anything about the other sales people but I do know that the only reason I would go back is for Stephanie. She not only sold us the perfect car for the best price but she also cleaned the interior personally after the service department missed something.
Best part of today was finding a perfect car for my daughter, second best was working with Stephanie.

The dealership at Lake Norman was wonderful. They had 3 cars up front when I got there and also took me up in the lot to look at some more. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I couldn't have ask for better service. All the manager were great as well. I went to Hendrick in Concord and did not get the best service at that dealership. I will defiantly refer friend and family to the Lake Norman dealership.

Had Ty as my service member kept me informed and managed to fix my car at a considerably reduced price then planned. Great experience!

I purchased a 19 Ram at a dealership in a different city which currently has 20k miles and called LKNCJDR about an issue with my brakes and after researching online I mentioned my research findings to the service advisor who sarcastically and rudely responded with I know a lot of people who do online research and find non-existent issues and told me that I d have to pay for a brake job and it was not a common issue. I called another Ram dealership who told me that this was a common issue and there is soon-to-be a recall on this issue and it s a very common issue. The LKNCJDR advisor not only was rude to me, but was either unaware of this issue or didn t want to believe me and ask someone for assistance. Very disappointed and will never give them any business.

Update as of 12/23/19: still no one has contacted me as stated by LLNCJDR in their below comment. Makes it apparent they don t really care, they just want to try and save face on these reviews

Our experience here was extremely wonderful. This was the first new car lease for my daughter and it turned out to be a long day since it was not an easy decision on selecting the right vehicle. Our sales person, Stephanie Diaz, along with our finance manager, Tim Carlson, made this process painless. They were very patient in this stressful situation as we were not expecting to be in the process of a car search at this time. We visited another dealership prior to Lake Norman Jeep and that experience was horrible. They didn't listen to our financing needs to properly direct us. At Lake Norman, they understood that budget was important and directed us to a solution we were not expecting. It turned out to be a great decision. We were able to get into a new car for less than a used one. Thank you Stephanie and Tim and all of the other sales people who made us feel comfortable spending the day ;-)

Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep has the best customer service around. Our sales associate Mark Mosayebi made sure we had the best deal possible. They have more inventory than any other dealership and I would highly recommend checking them out.

Again devon knocked it out of the park for us! We just purchased our second car from lake Norman Jeep. We traded in my car for a Jeep renegade. He made the process sooo amazing again. We didn't feel the pressure to buy like we have with other dealers which makes a great buying experience. This Dealer is very deceptive and will not stand behind what he advertised. In 2013 I purchased a truck with Tires for Life. You would think you get Tires for life...not in my life time. They claimed I signed a document agreeing to their deception and lies. I have waited 6 weeks for said document. Nothing. They offered my 2 tires for tires for life. Lies, Lies, Lies.....Run, Run, Run.

Purchased a 2013 Wrangler unlimited 4x4. everyone at the dealership has been extremely nice and easy to work with. My dad and brother have purchased a jeep from them and everyone has been satisfied with everything.

We were in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler, and started the search for a good dealer. After two mis-steps with local Jeep dealers we gave Lake Norman CJDR a try. After searching their inventory we found a Jeep Sahara with all the options we wanted, and gave them a call. Jay Chavez answered the phone, and was very helpful, and above all truthful. We made an appointment, and drove to the dealer for a sit down. Jay was a genuinely nice young man, and was ready for a test drive. After the drive the negotiations started. There was no pressure at all from Jay, and he worked with us to get the deal that would make us happy. He got close enough to where we wanted to be, and the deal was struck. In all we were through in approx. 90 minutes. It was quite surprising to see how nice all of the employee's at Lake Norman was. Many stopped to see if we needed anything even though we weren't their customers. Give Lake Norman a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

My experience at this dealership was by far the best I have so far. They were all very professional and super fast with the transaction. Tim Lewis and Erik Hardin were amazing guys and very attentive. They both gave me excellent service. Truly recommend this dealership to make business with.

I had to visit the dealership twice because of time constraints BUT in the two days I visited I may have spent a total of 2 hours at that dealership from start to finish. Sorry LNJ but I don't believe you deserve a 4.3 star rating. I got very tired working with you on the purchase a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Had much better dealings with the other Jeep dealers nearby and purchased somewhere else. The other dealership went way out of their way to satisfy my requirements. You didn't do enough. My suggestion to everyone reading this post is don't get lazy. Shop around. You can always find a better deal.

I spoke to. Devin Considine about a car listed on the website and he gave me all the info, we set up a time and he had everything ready and went out for a test drive with us and was very patient as I had lots of questions. The entire process went smooth and I wasn't pressured to get a sale. Took my 2013 Ram 1500 in for a recall on 7/11/17 and met with Chuck Conner and i must say i was very impressed and appreciative of the professionalism and courtesy i was shown. Chuck kept me informed of the repairs and personally came to the lounge and got me when my truck was ready, even walked to truck with me to make sure all was good to go and truck was washed and clean. It Ok NOTHING Special inventory is good, they are All About PUSH PUSH Sales..once we bought our sale person would never speak to as we were not now looking to buy..I find them a Very Unfriendly on the edge of Rude Dealer unless you have your check book out....my business went back to Winston Salem and we have 8 personal vehicles and trade frequently.

All around a great experience. The staff, especially my salesperson William, was great and very attentive. Low pressure, price was right. I had shopped two other dealerships for a Wrangler Unlimited. One had $2000 in mandatory dealer add-ons like $200 for nitrogen in the tires and like $3-400 for a simple tint job. What a ripoff. At Lake Norman, they didn't force these things on you which was a huge relief, and even included a basic tint for free. The other refused to budge from the MSRP as if a Wrangler was a rare car that commanded a premium even though there were 35 sitting on the lot. Ok, sure. But again at Lake Norman, they worked with me on the sticker price and my trade to get me where I needed to be. Super satisfied.

We purchased a certified pre-owned van from LKN Crystler almost 2 years ago, it has been a fantastic vehicle. When we discovered we were unable to use all of it's features due to missing remote and headphones for the uconnect audio system we contacted the store and they were able to quickly help find a set of headphones and a remote for us! I am absolutely disgusted with the Service Department at LKN Crysler Jeep Dodge and Ram. I visited them on 1/4/16 for an oil change. When I went to pay my bill the price of the oil change went from $20 to 59.99 due to a change to a synthetic blend. They did not notify me of this change. In addition, on the diagnostic check that they perform each time your oil is changed they noted that my battery was good. Three days later the battery died. Secondly, they also noted that the rear brake pads were also good. Less than a month later, I heard a horrible squealing from the back brakes. Come to find out, I need new pads and rotors. There is absolutely no way in the 650 miles driven in the month that I wore out the pads to the point of needing new pads and rotors. Last but not least they also marked the tires as having good tread. At the same point in getting my brakes fixed, I had to replace the tires because of low tread. Their maintenance department is a sham. I trusted them to properly inspect my vehicle and they failed miserably. Take your car elsewhere to be serviced!!

Maaaannnn!! This place is the BEST! You have to come here and ask for Haleigh Lipford, she s the freaking AMAZING!! So trustworthy and dependable. And a big shout out to the service guys working on my car. You guys do a great job.

I have been working with Maggie Carrigan on trading our 2010 Jeep Commander Limited for a new 2012 Jeep Compass. She went out of her way to meet me half way at Starbucks to deliver the sparkling new Compass (full of gas) because I was pressed for time on "dealing day". She bought me a Starbucks Frappe, we signed papers for 15 minutes, took a great picture of us with the Jeep Compass, and the deal was done. This was the best car buying experience ever. The salesman was knowledgeable and explained all the features. They gave us options without being outright pushy. Financing was the most efficient I have ever seen.

I can honestly say in all my years of purchasing new vehicles this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. While we were waiting on paperwork other members of the sales team made a point to ask if we would like a cup of coffee or a bottled water.

A place to avoid. Took me an hour and a half to get a key fob made.. and this one was for the American Red Cross.

They'll get you into any vehicle,
You decide is thats good or bad.

Don't make deals about getting add ons or things changed to the vehicle, even when they put it on paper and signed, they never commit to following through.

Staff was beyond friendly until purchase date, then they all had a light switch personality.
Personally, I'd do more research before coming here and I hope you found a good deal by the thousands if you do come here.

I bought a wrangler and drove almost two hours to see this dealership since they had 200+ on their lots. It was a relatively speedy purchase process. I felt the man that sold the vehicle to me got a little impatient at times with all my inquiries, but a girl buying a car has to be weary, ya know. They REALLY try to get you where you want to be in terms of cost, length of payments, etc. They, like many dealerships, have several lenders they go through to get you a loan if you re opting for that. I m young but have good credit, and they got me a great APR given that. This was an out of state purchase for me so I tragically had to pay my state taxes. The only questionable thing/worry I have is registration, which they re handling currently. As long as that s all handled and finished soon, I d say this dealership is a 4.8/5, and was definitely worth the travel.

Went to look at a 2002 Jeep Wrangler that was advertised. It was sold. The salesperson we were to meet was not available so he put us in touch with Mark. What an experience. He showed us a newer 2010 Jeep Wrangler with alot less miles and got us a better deal on our trade-in. Thanks to Mark and all the people at Lake Norman Jeep for a great experience.

I had been looking for someone to buy my Jeep Wrangler. Out of the handful of dealerships I reached out to in the area; lake Norman definitely had the best service and offered me the best price. Glad I did business with them.

I recently made a trade-in purchase with LKN Dodge/Jeep and was working with Jeff Carnahan. I was very pleased with the transaction and help he and his finance team were able to offer. I had gotten several offers from other dealers for my trade in vehicle and this dealer was not only the highest offer, but seemed to be very transparent in their pricing and numbers. I never felt that I was an opportunity to make profit off, which if you have ever bought a used car, can happen quite often. After we agreed on the deal, the actual transaction was very quick and simple. I was in with my old vehicle and driving home with my new vehicle in around 30-45 minutes tops. It took longer to drive from Charlotte to Cornelius in the HWY-77 traffic. If I'm in the market for another vehicle anytime soon (which no offense, but I hope I'm not!) I'll definitely be giving the LKN Dodge/Jeep guys the first opportunity to earn my business.

My husband went there today and the salesman, Mark (he's pretty sure), was very rude and not helpful, at all. He appraised my husbands truck but REFUSED to tell him what the trade in value was, stating that "we can't give you that unless you work a deal." And kept saying "that's not how we do things here, you need to agree to a deal". I've NEVER heard of this, even Carmax will take the time to appraise and give you the figure and still manage to remain professional. We've purchased several vehicles and have never been told this, dealerships purchase vehicles out right all the time! Thankfully, my husband went to Hendrick Fiat at the Hendrick Automall in Conord and the salesman, Brock, was VERY nice and very helpful. We ended up trading our 2011 Cheverolet Silverado for a beautiful, gently used, BMW 328xi. Your dealership definitely lost a sale today.

First I will say I have never had a issue with the service department. Parts on the other hand a little different. Came in to get the pin for my vehicle for a spare key to be made. The rep said there was a charge and couldnt tell me what it was till he pondered and the computer for a few. Its almost like he pulled the charge out of mid air. Started talking about the FBI and stuff. I feel its my vehicle my pin that I wasn't given when I purchased the vehicle( not from this delearship). I just feel that the price charged was a little excessive just to type my vin a receive the pin. Alot of other dealerships do this for free after calling around. Needless to say I may be going south to another one.

Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I had previously purchased a car elsewhere and had the worst experience and was a bit nervous walking in to Lake Norman CDJR but the experience could not have been any better. Mark Mosayebi is amazing and was so helpful and patient with me (my mom bought a Jeep from him exactly 1 month before me). The finance manager Tim was also amazing.
