DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. We were overcharged 2k for our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Pointed the mistake out to the manager, and he said that he would correct it. They deposited our blank bank draft for the incorrect amount instead of following the instructions that the bank gave them. 10 days, an email to the owner, and a BBB complaint later, they FINALLY realize that they were wrong and said that they will mail my bank the 2k difference. Although this was not the solution that I wanted after all this time, I'm just happy that we are almost done with this bs and that I don't have to take legal action. I will never go here again. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

After purchasing multiple vehicles from Ed in sales at Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, I couldnt have been more pleased! The customer service is exceptional! They stand behind their warranties and do what they say! Each time I go in for service, oil change, washes, etc. Hailey, in particuliar, always takes great care of me. She always greets me with a smile and takes charge of the situation and sees that the problem is taken care of!!

My husband and I cut a deal for a vehicle, credit run, financing worked out, price agreed. We agreed on down payment. We took the money out of the bank. Manager even told us he would set aside the key so we could pick it up the next day. We scheduled the appointment. The dealer called AND emailed to confirm, then *as we were getting in the car to go to the appointment,* the dealer called to say they sold it to someone else. It felt so underhanded! Terrible experience!

Don t take their word for anything. Liars.

I was dealing with someone by the name of Erik Hardin. Great man very friendly. Only reason I am rating this dealership a 1 star is because his manager/finance manager who came to speak to me about numbers was very unprofessional, rude, and kicked me out practically when he was not getting the results he wanted. I told Erik Hardin exactly what I needed and his manager was trying to indirectly offend me and wanted more money out of me when I told them my downpayment was $1000. I went up to Hendrick Jeep in Concord and they managed to get me into the vehicle I wanted for the numbers I wanted.

Bought a 2017 Jeep Rubicon Recon from Lake Norman CDJR. David Farley was excellent to deal with. From the first contact over the phone until the Jeep left the lot, he provided outstanding customer care. I drove four hours to make the purchase and it was well worth the trip. David has since followed up with me to be sure I was satisfied and offered any follow up guidance I may need with my new vehicle. My next car wil come from this dealership and David will be my salesman without a doubt. I want to also compliment Devin in finance who took his time to work on my deal and also provided excellent customer service. Both of these employees represent Lake Norman CDJR very well and should be a standard for dealerships everywhere. Thank you!!

I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from LKN Chrysler, This was my first time buying a new car! Yehu Castillo was my salesman and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in, and was very personable. The finance department was great too, they made the process super quick and easy. Wasn't a huge fan of the sales manager, but luckily I didn't have to deal with him as much. Overall a really nice stress free process.

Willie showed a lot of knowledge with the product (2012 Challenger R/T) He answered all my questions in a professional manner. Also, everybody in the dealership was friendly and were sure to make eye contact to make you feel welcome.

Don't waste your time with this dealership. They lie to you just to get you on the lot. I saw a vehicle on their website, called, talked to a salesman named Donny. Donny tells me that the vehicle is on the lot. I say to him "please confirm it is there, because I know that dealerships sometimes still have vehicles on their websites that are already sold, and I'll have to drive an hour to your dealership". He puts me on hold, then comes back and says "yep! It's 100% here!". My wife and I both take off of work early, and have to get our daughter out of daycare to make the trip. Arrive to the dealership to find out that they sold the vehicle TWO DAYS PRIOR!!!!

Thank you for wasting my time and money.

We have been to 3 dealerships in the past week in search of our perfect car. This was our 3rd and final stop. My first contact was by email then phone with Mark Mosayebi. I explained our needs and the horrible experiences we had thus far. He was able to put us into our dream car within 24 hours of the first email at the price we could afford. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly (completely different from the other 2 dealerships) but the real gems were Mark Mosayebi and Qwame Jackson. We had a friendly guy named Tim help us with the paperwork too. If you or someone you know is in need of a new or used car this should be your only stop... (I would ask for Mark)

Great experience with Lake Norman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. Spent some time engaged with their online sales professional discussing options, pricing, etc. Stopped by the dealership today while visiting the Charlotte area and the transition from online to in person service was seamless. David Farley picked up right where my online discussions had culminated and found me the right Jeep for the right price. Did better for me on my trade in than my local dealership and made the numbers discussion painless. Go see these guys and let them put you in a Jeep, 5 stars for those of you who are ratings driven!

My first experience was great but sadly I had to take back a week later for the same reason I had it in the shop for the first time. As nice as my service leader was, I'm not happy with anything else. A week and 3 days later I get my car back and damaged at that! I've called. I'm sure I wont get a call back. I will be reporting them to the BBB. And this will be the last time I go to them. They are much very incompetent.

Devin was our sales guy and he was very profession...

Devin was our sales guy and he was very professional and personable. He listened to what we wanted and what we were able to do and made it work! Made the whole process easy and exciting. He seemed to always have our best interest and really made us feel comfortable.
Devin was also our finance guy, and he was also very nice and easy to work with. He made the whole signing process easy and made sure he went over everything and answered all questions to make sure we were comfortable with our decision.
Overall, we had a great experience and we will definitely recommend this dealership and both Devin's to all of our friends and family!

I have take my vehicle to this Lake norman dealership twice in the last six months for an electrical problem and all they want to do is to continue charging me first 132.00 last july for a diagnostic, but admitted they could find nothing wrong! Now they have had my vehicle5 days now and want me to pay 203.00 for a new battery to replace THE SIX MONTH OLD BATTERY FOR 203.00! My brother is driiving here tomorrow to help me get yet another new battery. MY RATING IS ZERO STARS BUT HAD TO PUT IN JUST ONE STAR.

Salesperson Jenna Cruz was great to work with! We drove from Winston-Salem to look at ONE vehicle, with the intention to buy it if we liked it. Jenna was available near the doors to greet us and promptly brought the vehicle to the doors so we could test drive it. Even though it was a Ford truck from the used inventory, Jenna was knowledgeable about the features of the truck. After the test drive, we gave our offer. The final price was higher than what we originally wanted, but we still feel it was a fair value.
From the time we walked in, to the time we walked out as "new" owners 4.5 hours later, Jenna was helpful and personable...there are always awkward moments while you wait on the bank or the paperwork, but Jenna kept conversation flowing.

In over 20 years of buying and owning cars this was the best experience ever in buying a car from a dealership.
I emailed Willie Brown my information on Friday. Saturday Morning when I got to the dealership the paperwork was set up and ready to go.
Sam DeWitt stepped in to assist and took care of everything from going on the test drive to making sure the vehicle was cleaned, detailed and full of gas. I highly recommend both Willie Brown and Sam DeWitt to anyone considering buying a car. These guys were awesome in their attention to the details and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! A++++++

He was very informative, very helpful, down to earth, & very easy to work with! He made the whole process great! Even after the buying process I heard from him to make sure things were going well & I had all the answers to my questions - I know if I ever do have a question he is just a call or text away & that alone means so much when buying a car! I felt like David was honest & he didn t give me the go around. We also took a test drive that was literally around the block on 25 mph streets. Total waste of time so we left and will be buying our $55,000 jeep from another dealership!

In 3rd quarter 2013 I purchased a 2014 Cherokee that included the "Tires for Life" added value service option and the first 5 oil changes and tire rotation. Exercising the "tires for life" option is predicated upon having mgfr suggested service performed at the dealership so accurate records can be validated. Moreover, the amount "tread wear" experienced to date is what triggers the tire replacement

Unfortunately, I picked-up a steel wire in my left read sidewall that could not be patched safely. The good news is that Lake Norman Chrysler recognized that even though my tread wear fell slightly outside of the standard requirement that it would be a bad investment on my part to replace one tire. So, they made an exception and I could not have asked for anything any better.

I have never had a bad experience here over 20 years and 5 other automobile purchases.

Excellent service! Bought my granddaughter her first car here. It was her graduation present. That was a year ago. We have continued to return for regular service and maintenance. She can even take her car in herself and they treat her just like a princess. And they give her a free car wash with her service.Wonderful!

BUYERS BEWARE! I would not recommend ever buying f...

BUYERS BEWARE! I would not recommend ever buying from this dealership. I purchased a used Yukon Denali from Lake Norman on August 15th, under 100,000miles. On Friday September 18, the transmission totally went out on my way to work, the car would not move, and I ended up missing work. This is a $4860 issue. I called the dealership and was supposed to be transferred to Stephanie (customer service manager). Of course, Stephanie did not answer. I called back several times and never reached her. Finally, someone called me back, (I didn t get a name or title) but she was very unsympathetic to the situation and basically said Stephanie said there was nothing the dealership could do for me, as I bought the car as is . I explained to her that yes, I bought a used car under the impression that nothing major was wrong with it, as we were told many times by the salesman. She really was like oh well . I informed her that we did purchase a warranty. She transferred me to finance because apparently, she did not have any of that information. Again, I was unable to reach anyone to get that information and it was not given to me in the paperwork, at the time of the sale. Finally, I received an email from Stephanie telling me that I had a warranty and she gave the contract number. I asked for the contract and still have not received it. Long story short I ended up having to call the warranty company, who notified me she had not received anything about my contract from the dealership, so she had no way of helping me start a claim or anything. The Janus warranty company was very helpful and called Lake Norman to get everything she needed overnighted, so that she can process my contract. I am still with in limbo with warranty and out of car, with no real clear answer on how to proceed. I really am in disbelief that Lake Norman thinks it s a acceptable and good business for me to purchase a 35k car, put down a decent down payment, pay for a tow, pay whatever warranty deductible will be, be out of car and pay for a rental, all before my first payment. This is predatory and I am so disappointed with Lake Norman and this situation overall. If you know what I know, RUN!

They have my other review blocked so that potential customers are unaware of their shady business practices.

Great dealership to do business with. I could not be happier with Mark Mosayebi's product knowledge and follow-up. He is by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. In the past it has seemed that I knew more about the car I was shopping for than the salesman trying to sale it to me. I faxed all of my information to the dealership prior to arriving to sign the paperwork and it literally took me longer to clean out my old car than it did to go through financing. Amanda Schrider is a class act and she had me in and out of the finance portion of the deal in less than 20 minutes. Forget going to other dealerships and wasting a whole day going back and forth trying to come to a deal...you will be pleasantly surprised how comfortable you will feel buying a car from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

From the moment you walk in the dealership, you are welcomed, introduced to your salesman, and taken to the lot.... from finding your perfect car to financing, your salesman is with you every step of the way! Once deal is completed, your new car is delivered, fully washed, filled with gas and paired with your phone, sirrirus set up, U Connect registered.... awesome!!!! I have to say the Service department is the best hands down. The customer service was amazing.They made me feel like family. Terry was very helpful and knowledgable about what I wanted to have done to my vehicle. He even offered me other services for my truck.When I first pulled in Michelle greeted me. She was very happy and helpful and patience with me;along with Stephanie, Ethan, Hailey, Hannah. Ethan even showed me how to use my DVD Player, before I left the dealership. Hands down this dealership is very helpful and very very cheerful(You can tell they Love their job). The Customer Service is the best!!!!

Tracy was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He went through all the features of the car and made sure everything was just right before driving the vehicle off the lot. Amanda was great in going through the various finance options, and made sure I had the exact one that fit my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership if interested in purchasing a new Jeep!

I will first start by saying that there are a few people at this dealership who are great, in both sales and service. However, it's only a few and they are completely overloaded (especially in the service department) by the incompetent and careless ones. They're stuck picking up the slack of the rest. This is a direct reflection of mismanagement. I guarantee this stems from the owner. I've had personal experience with him and he's a piece of work.
I bought a 2015 Ram truck from them almost two years ago. I am fortunate enough to have done everything right to retain my free tires for life, but only by chance, I didn't even know about all the fine print. Basically, if you want your benefits that come with buying a car through them, every service has to be done by them. You can't go to Jiffylube or where ever else or it voids all your benefits. Which in my opinion, yes one should read their contracts in detail, however, that's a blatant hustle tactic.
Getting a loaner vehicle takes planning in advance and a long wait because they don't have enough loaner vehicles to support the demand.

I bought new tires and wheels for my truck through their "Carolina Customs" shop, Cori is awesome! The rest are ridiculous. I've spent the last month after buying trying to get my truck from having excessive vibration after installing the wheels and tires. It's been in and out of their shop with no results. I left it there last Friday as of tomorrow it's been a week. I get the automated text to call or text this number for status updates. I get no response on text and the phone number doesn't even go to the service department. Instead the girl who answers the phone gets an attitude for me bothering her. I had to stop by the dealership to find out what's going on, the guy assigned to my truck tells me he can't help me and has no update. The new service manager is nice, but again, overloaded by picking up the slack of incompetent lazy coworkers. Tomorrow is a week they've had my truck on this go around alone and a place that "specializes" in custom wheels and tires can't figure out why my new wheels and tires are causing excessive vibration. And I've yet to get any update like "sorry we're still trying to find the right anti-vibration cone" or "we're going to need to change the wheels" SOMETHING.

So, regardless of the few people there who care and try, the place still sucks from the top down.

Love our Jeep Grand Cherokee. The buying experience was good....value great! However our "after sale" service has been far from satisfactory due to the unresponsiveness of the credit department. We have been attempting to change our extended warranty terms but no one will either return our calls or act. We have tried 7 phone calls, talked to the sales floor manager, our salesman, and the manager of the Credit Department. No one has given us a definitive answer to our questions. Mark was very helpful in showing us different options. We went to look at a used vehicle, but after learning a little about us and showing us several different vehicles. We ended up buying a 2019 Jeep Compass. And when our 30 day tag was stolen Mark rushed the paperwork to get us our new tag the next business day. I would recommend both Lake Norman and Mark for your next purchase.

Russell Owen and Mike in Finance was absolutely wonderful to work with. I contacted Eddie Robinson (a friend of ours) early in the morning saying my daughter was interested in used car and wanted to come by in the afternoon to look at it. Eddie contacted the sales manager, Brian Rowan, to let him know we were interested in the car. Brian pulled the car and lined up Russell for us to work with. When we got there, the car was ready to take for a test drive. When we got back, went in with Russell to talk numbers. In about 20 minutes we had a deal and in about 30 we were sitting down with Chris in finance. All in all, we were there about an hour and 30 mintues. Everyone was so nice and our experience was wonderful. Will definitely recommend and will go back when we are in need of another car. Thank you.

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership - starting from the phone call I made to compare from my home in Winston!

Russell Owen, the dealer, was upfront and honest with what we would realistically need for my soon to be college student (as our purchase was for his graduation/birthday). Because of his customer service, we drove the 45 min to purchase from him versus the dealer in our own hometown.

Then, Chris Motrynczuk in fincance was fantastic! He broke down the numbers for us to easily understand the different options...working us through realistic scenarios. He even spoke to my son to help him understand the different options making it a learning experience for him, which we really appreciated.

Very appreciative for the easy, hassle free, friendly experience that we had - highly recommend this dealership and staff we worked with!

I purchased my 2012 Chrysler 200 from Nate York at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge at the end of May 2013. From the time I walked into the door to the time I drove away in my brand new car was effortless. I had been struggling for months trying to get a car and was turned down by many dealerships. I brought my car in to the service department last...

I brought my car in to the service department last saturday (which was running just fine) in for a routine oil change they told me it was going to take 2-3 hrs, fine I don t have an appointment I left it there and went out and about. I get a message my car is done at around 3:10pm I come and pick the car up at about 3:30pm. As I m driving I notice a rattling sound coming from under the hood as I accelerate. This rattling became worse and ultimately stalled out at about 4:30pm and would not move. I call to tell the service department my issue they said have it towed there and they will cover it and check it out Monday morning. Not only was that a lie but when the car was dropped back off at Lake Norman Dodge I was told they were out of loaners for 2 weeks so basically I m out of a car for the time being. It gets better. Monday afternoon they told me I needed a new starter so they can SEE why the engine is making the rattling noise which is about $650 which I had no previous issues with my starter whatsoever. So I said fine put a starter on. As of friday afternoon (yes 5 days later) I get a call that says they have to remove a valve which is $350 to SEE whats wrong (as you notice SEE is becoming a common theme here) and they will be able to give us some answers this upcoming monday morning. Still no car no loaner nothing. Ultimately I ve talked to several Dodge franchise dealerships and they all have said the same thing and that is either the air filter (which is changed during oil changes) was either put on incorrectly or the oil change itself was done incorrectly. My lawyer and I spoke with corporate who also stated that this sequence of events and timetable are fairly odd and suspicious and that they will do an investigation. I am currently 8 days without my car and I am still waiting on them to tell me what is wrong with my car when common sense tells you that if my car was driving fine when I dropped it off and after an oil change it stalls out due to underhood issues there has to be something the service department did. I would HIGHLY recommend that you go elsewhere to have your car serviced and if could give 0 stars I would....

I viewed my future vehicle online on the 27th. I was then sent all the details and a video of the vehicle by Tony Reid to set up an appointment. I then showed up on the 28th to meet Erik Harden. I gave him the price I was trying to spend and didn t want to go over. After I got back from my test drive the deal was ready to go!!! This was the best customer service I have EVERY received in buying anything!!! These two are a true asset to their team!!!!! Loving my 2018 Ram 1500!!!!

We recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Lake Norman Jeep.

I am a huge car fanatic, and as such have bought/sold plenty of times. Lake Norman Jeep really was the best dealership experience I've ever had. We worked with Tony Reid and Willie Brown in sales, both of whom were courteous, respectful, and just a joy to work with. Tony was patient with us as we wanted to try out numerous different vehicles. He even "tossed us the keys" to a Wrangler and let us take it out on our own for as long as we wanted to really get a feel for the vehicle. To me, this is great salesmanship. As we worked out a deal, the communication was simple and direct, no ridiculous negotiations or games. None of the "this deal will be gone this afternoon" or "we have another buyer coming in for this car tomorrow" nonsense. They offered a fair price and were completely transparent. More dealers could learn from this! Willie spent time showing us every feature on the car and did a wonderful job with the demo. Tim in finance was honest and to the point, at no point were we pressured.

In short, Tony Willie, and Tim were a joy to work with and just about every other car dealer I've ever visited could learn a thing or two from Lake Norman. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends/family and was glad to see they still seem to be doing a good business amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

My only critique would be that in the interest of everyone's safety, perhaps it would be good to advise employees and customers to use face coverings.
