My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lake Norman Chrysler and ultimately we were very pleased with our experience. We worked with Kent Davis who really took the time to listen to our wants in a vehicle, even in the freezing cold and rain! After test driving one option, Kent took us to see a Jeep that had just come to the dealership and it had everything we were looking for in a used car. Low mileage, excellent condition, and all of our must have features. The price was right so we decided to purchase. After we had looked at the Jeep, it sustained some minor body damage which was very upsetting but Kent and the rest of his team went above and beyond to repair the damage beyond our expectations and then even delivered the Jeep when it was done! Throughout the process, Kent kept us informed at every step and made sure my husband and I were happy. This was my first experience buying a car through a dealership and they made the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. They really take the time to make sure things things are done right the first time, so well worth any wait! We LOVE our Jeep and are thankful to have found a honest dealership and sales person to work with at Lake Norman Chrysler! Highly recommend!
