Donnie Clamon met and exceeded all of my expectations when it came to customer service and professionalism. I had to visit the dealership twice because of time constraints BUT in the two days I visited I may have spent a total of 2 hours at that dealership from start to finish. Tony in finance did a great job of keeping everything short and sweet for me! I had a budget goal, I gave that goal to Donnie and I walked out with the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted! I couldn t be happier with my experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
