Really great snow slide! They do a nice job of creating a "winter fair".

Expensive but you can stay all day, get on most of the rides. Or you can pay $15 and just hang on the beach

It was okay. The snow hill was delayed and after paying 50 for us 2 to ride so we only had enough time to do it once even thought they gave us the wrong bands so I was upset and noone could answer my questions. We've been coming for 5 years now but this year will be my last. For almost 200 it was a little disappointing.

Super fun and enjoyable atmosphere! I love this place! I wish I lived in georgia so I could go here more often! I will be back for sure!

Just as I remember growing up with some added new and nicer beaches and boardwalk.

No outside food or drinks, in fact they're confiscating food and drinks

It was very nice but is not worth the $49 entrance fee from my point of view. If you arrive before is only $15 which is more feasible. As for the carnival rides they were a little questionable. Some of the ride attendants were on their phones most of the time which made it seem like the rides weren't working or they were careless.

We go every weekend when we arent on the boat and love it!

Very nice and clean. A lot of people come here it's kid friendly and easy to get help from employees there.

The land shark restaurant was absolutely horrible today. The staff was just down right lazy, rude, inhospitable bunch I ve ever seen. There very few customers. And lots of available staff that seemed you were bothering them to even get waited on. Everybody had a bad attitude any service was super slow. The food was just ok but we were kind of scared to eat it because employees were not happy that we actually wanted to order something. Hope they did not do anything to my food because I ordered food. Terrible never again those people should all be fired I get better service at McDonald s lol. Something needs to be done.

Went for the Christmas lights. Great. Took the kids to the carnival while we were there

We reserved and prepaid for three nights. We had been traveling for two weeks across the US. Despite the silly name they seemed to have all the amenities we expected from a nice RV park. We managed to arrive before 6 pm when the office closes. After filling out the extensive paperwork one of the young office ladies informed me that our 2018 Arctic Fox camper over truck was unacceptable. This is the craziest rule for an RV Park certainly. But additionally we were without a place to go. They suggested a nearby campground, but at 6 pm on Sunday nobody will take your reservation. Definitely the worst RV experience ever

It seems like they are going out of the way to price gouge. Water park season passes don't include parking now which is an extra $45 for the year, a hot dog at the concession stand was $9 and a bottled drink $3.50, water the same. Smore's kit was $4.50, and the stick in which to roast your marshmallow is $2.50. Not a value destination.

We went this weekend and had the chance to meet the COO. The place was always in need of investment and we were happy to hear of the many current and upcoming improvements. Snow Mountain anyone? Seems a heavier alcohol push and the restaurants are oriented towards simplicity rather than quality. That said, it's better than before and worth the annual pass. They are hiring all levels of staff by the way. See you at Sunset Cove, eh sorry, Landshark Landing!

Lanier world is fun, but it gets expensive quick. You have to pay to drive through the gate, the you also need to pay if you want to enter Sunset Cove or participate in any of the other activities. So far we've had really good experiences at Lanier World and will certainly be back, just wish they had a better pricing system.

I went to your restaurant today for my husband's birthday. The service was awful. We had to get our own water while the wait staff stayed on their phone at the hostess station. Waste of $60.00 . Glad we left and went to pigtails. Service is great there.

It is so magical, spectacular, and breathtaking. Looking at these photos is not enough. This is the type of thing you really need to see with your own eyes. Is is something to share with the kids and grownups. The only issue is I wish it was not so cold...

Wonderful time my son showed me and his siblings and my significant other. The best time all the rides and wonderful food that they have. The beaches amd3 the tiki bar as well as their restaurant... Supreme food. Will love to go back and everyone should take their families.

The park is clean and fun. Plenty of water slides to enjoy for all ages. Zip line over the lake too. Good fun for all ages with splash area for smaller children.

I feel like I wasted my money buying season passes. I have been 6 times and no one has ever checked for wristbands. Not one time has there been someone checking at wave pool, and forget trying to get a chair. All the of them are taken by non wristbands customers who just walked in for free.

Not worth the price of admission. I figured we would see lights strung up everywhere. They only had displays that lead to a money pit of carny rides.

I loved the experience so much! I've never been to their restaurants before because we brought our own lunch along, and yea the service was a little confusing but the waterslides were awesome! and the place is beautiful! great place to bring your family! and I haven't gotten bored riding the rides over and over again, probably about 10 or 15 water slides there. rating this place amazing!

There are not many light arts. Not a lot of gift shops. The entrance fee is expensive

Let me say this...we had fun but we could not afford it. We didnt have the heart to tepp the kids no. 50 for a car just to enter then 2.50 per ticket. eaxh ride for one kid is one to two ticketa. Ice skating and sledding and snow areIS TOTALLY seperate. you have ti pay 25 bucks per person. So we paid 100plus to sled down a hill a few times on ice. Staff was sweet. felt bad for the giys selling tickets. they kept getting chewed out by angry customers because they offer better pricing after holidays ..well that didnt mean jan 3rd..that meant feb something. Oh and ice skating was not included in those prices...and if you had a van or suv it costs more than 50. I think if they cut their rates a little more theyd be flooded with business. Alot of parents with young kids cant afford any of this stuff. :(

Atmosphere becomes lively after sunset with all the lights and music. If the day is hot and sunny it would be best to take a dip in the waters, the beach is clean and safe for kids. They have a tiki bar as well :) Boat rentals and tours gives an opportunity to roam around the lake and relax. All in all a good place to spend quality time with family, kids will enjoy the water park.

Camped here, great staff, loved the concrete pads, very level. Landshark was a good restaurant/bar. Get a golf cart. Beautiful sunsets while we were there.

The Christmas lights are wonderful, especially the large synchronized light tree. Only three things we'd really like to see changed. 1) Luminaries along the road. With just parking lights to see by there's places where it's hard to tell where the road goes. 2) Low power FM radio station playing Christmas music and giving information about the displays. 3) Lighted safety vests for the crossing guards. Reflective vests don't do much with parking lights, and the red cones on the flashlights are not very bright. It's a wonderful show no matter what, but adding these simple things will make it even more enjoyable.

The light display was a little disappointing. Just wasnt enough for the price you pay. But the snow slide and the small amusment rides area was pretty nice .

I love the water and the rides. The lines don't seem too long during the week (although, not surprisingly, Friday is busier than Wednesdays). The employees aren't the friendliest but they are efficient and do their jobs well. I love it and am so happy I got the ultimate season pass.

Best water park in GA, if you think you may visit more than twice, get a season pass - totally worth it!
Some slides need a cosmetic upgrade though, since I get my back scratched sometimes if not wearing a T-shirt, and bathrooms could have a better cleaning.

Lots of fun for all ages! However we waited in line for food for almost an hour today. The park was slow today and very under staffed. We're going back again on Friday! We hope that the park will be better staffed for a summer holiday week. Overall we did have a great time!

Had a great time on the boat my cousin rented for her bday party! We will definitely be hosting more events there.

We had a wonderful night with our granddaughter and her mommy and daddy. The lights were great but Santa was FANTASTIC. Go on a weeknight! My granddaughter got to spend 15 + minutes with him as there was no line.

Great folks, great views, great time! Drinks a bit expensive but there is a lot of attention to service and cleanliness.

Nightmare traffic. Afte these years, this place still cannot figure out how to send people in one direction who just want to see the lights and others in their own path to the rides, etc. there is no security to prevent people from stopping to exit vehicles for photo taking, further backing up traffic. Not worth $55.

Bar was nice! Blue slide was a blast! Thought I was drowning on the white slide. Haven't seen the entire place as of yet to know if it's worth the ticket tho

We went to the Magical Nights of Lights and Snow Island!! It was so much fun. Our family ranges from 9 to 85 years old and there was something for everyone. We really loved the snow tubing, which has an escalator that brings you to the top! Such a blessing! the youngest LOVED the pool full of snow. In his words he said "This is the most fun I have ever had." lol. They had fire places to make S'mores, which came in a kit you could buy. It had everything you needed in a sandwich bag. SOOOO smart! And last but not least the miles of lights! 10/10 recommend!

LICENSE TO CHILL BAR & THE NEW TIKI BAR are both awesome with super friendly and talented bartenders! I have read a lot of the negative reviews. Y all! Please understand that the park JUST OPENED! It is new for ALL of us, I can assure you that all these fine kinks are being notated and are being worked out very quickly! Oh And remember It s 5 o clock Somewhere !!

So my family decided to come here for a quick weekend getaway. Lazy day admission was cheaper- $31 4pm-close...website says they close at 9-we got there at 7 paid the $15 parking just to find out at 7:20 that they were closing at 8 instead. ...my kids were so disappointed especially after the 3 hr car ride to get there!

this place was a life-saver when most hotel and public pools weren't open for the season despite 86-degree weather. well-maintained by friendly staff!

Great water park and great "beach" lake access. Nice family friendly crowd. There is a lot to do and many ways to cool off. My kids enjoyed the fun music played on the big screen. They went nuts over the wave pool. Be aware that you have to pay $15 per vehicle to get in. I thought the tickets to the water park were the only things we had to show at the first gate. No biggy. My family and I tried the pizza at the Italian restaurant inside the water park. The pizza is like the kind of pizza you buy at Sam's Club and it never tastes the same when you bake it at home. The saving grace is that there is plenty of seating, nice cold air, and a friendly staff. Also, there are rules for bringing coolers, outside food, and few a other things. Look it up before you walk down the steep hill and then back up. Lol. Overall they get 5 stars! We will be returning soon!

Awesome waterpark. I took my family and we all had a great time.

Memorial Day Weekend! 1/2 the wave pool roped off due to the backside being green from Algae. Obviously not cleaned. Wave pool machine never turned on. Basically "waveless"wave pool. We got to park at 11am and left by 12:30pm. Wont be going back. 3rd year pass holder and park keeps going down hill. Very disappointing.

$55 per car. A bit much for holiday lights. Kids love the carnival rides though, so it's usually worth the price of admission.

Dont waste your $49 here.... this should not be more than 10 bucks! Go to some university and see a free lighting display which is far better... too much distance between light displays and children got bored. Dont know why it is called Magical... these are just ordinary lighting and they are asking us to pay and watch sponsored advertisement like Publix s...

The food was awful and made my whole family sick and throw up. The one ride i could not breath on when the man buckled it and had to get off. It never mentioned weight limits. The guy on the swing ride did not check me nor my neice or nephew which are 12 and 5. He did not even know that they were safely buckled in on the ride. The motor on the dragon roller coastwr was out as well. Not worth the 200+ dollars we spent at all. Will not be returning.

We have 2 boys (11 and 7) and we go to the water park just about every weekend by boat. Its so much fun. My youngest loves the wave pool and my oldest all the slides and zip line. We recommend season passes. We get them every year. If you want wet fun, this is the place
