Good waterpark. Needs a few more shade and rest options.

I like it but they took away the bucket and they also need to fix some of there slides because the one beside triple threat maid my back bleed because there was something sticking up from the slide and where the bucket used to be ....the slide (the toilet bowl role) also scraps my back other that that it's fine.....

It s a kind of island in itself though it s artificially made but one can easily save his time to travel and enjoy water for a weekend or so here. They have got many water rides and many outdoor water activities else you can just sit and relax on the water. Restaurants are there to feed you and bid screen adds on the entertainment.you can bring your own boat. Only thing is to consider the restrooms they are real bad,messy and no specific changing rooms so people change it in this miserable toilets which can cause disease and infections. Rest is good.

We go to this water park every year. It's alot of fun and not too crowded. My kids brought their friends this year, it was alot of fun.

In 2016, me and my mom got a pass to go to Lanier World for the whole summer. We liked the wave pool and the beach and the lake. The pizza place had very good pizza. There were bubble parties next to the wave pool and I liked them. It was fun to go there for the whole summer. I went to the water park with my cousins and they liked it. The parking is good. The staff were very nice and friendly. It is my favorite water park. I will probably go back in the summer.

Service was slow. Waited 15 mins to get refill on drinks. Wasn't even busy. Waiter hardly ever checked on us.

Lots of lights. However very expensive considering it is $49 per car !!! Not worth the money.

Awesome! Fun summer gig to work great atmosphere, music, and people! Boat access, several restaurants, water park slides, zipline, party boat rentals, and so much more!

Plenty of things to do for all ages!! I took my 7 children ageing from 2 to 12 and they all had a blast

It's AWESOME, family-friendly, couple friendly and single people friendly. A little something for everyone, snack shacks, reasonable prices and discount admission based on the day. Beautiful beautiful beautiful sites. The pool is the We ed every second!!!

Really enjoyed this spot! Much better than White Water, great food- a lil pricy, but my family and I had a great time! It even rained and we still enejoyed everything!

Honestly not worth the price. I remember this being a lot better in the past but there s hardly any lights, tons of dark spots and we weren t impressed with the shops. We will most likely never be back unless it gets majorly updated.

The lights were great. It s a great family outing. However it s way over priced. $59 per car to see 7 miles of lights.

If you don't have kids, this is not the place to be... we initially pulled up to what we thought was an entrance and ended up walking right into one of the parks main rides.. there was no one available to talk to or signs to point us in the direction of where to go for the tickets we purchased online. We ended up walking down the stairs and around half the park and we stumbled upon the beach. From here we set up some unreleased not knowing chairs and umbrellas would be provided. We spot the ticket booth and walk up there and get our passes and we were told that we could use them to bypass some of the lines for the rides, but we were told which ones or how to find out which rides we could use them on... throughout the whole park we didn't see a single map showing where anything was nor a sign to let us know what we could use our fast pass on....

The only positive to this park, is that the zip line was amazing other than that, it's a bunch of steep hills, crappy slides (and not many at that) and rude employees

Customer service is very sub par... it seemed to be run by a bunch of high school teenagers and there diddnt seem to be anyone to help us out as it was our first and last time there... do yourself a favor, and get a season pass to white waters.. it comes with free parking, friendly service, and a better variety and quality of rides.!

Wonderful evening for the night of lights presentation! Well kept and would recommend to anyone, young and old.

Great atmosphere. Nice swimming area. Fun waterslides and cute kiddy play area. Only down side was the wave pool and a few other slides were closed.

Want a new set of acrylic nails? There are several all around the park and in the water. Look closely and you might be able to find a matching set.

We are staying at the campground now and have no water pressure whatsoever!! Even bathhouses have no water pressure. We have a water filter and the water is still too gross to drink. Our filter is full of mud! Dogs wandering around on huge longeashes or no leashes at all. Very limited parking. 'Free' beach passes for a beach that isn't open. And a lot of $ spent because of Labor Day weekend! So disappointed.

Nothing like the other margaritaville's I have been to. So very very poorly done all they did was Rebrand and old bar/ entertainment area. Definitely nothing to write home about.

Well they started charging to park on the dock which is fine so I bought a year pass. The problem with that is they also let people pay to s
Reserve all the slips so everytime there is an event you can't use the dock to go the restaurant. On top of that when there is an event you have to pay to get off the dock just to go to the restaurant. I understand making money but you are double dipping on the dock parking. I would have given a 1 but the people at Landshark restaurant are incredible and is the only reason I come back.

Well I have mixed feelings about my family's visit here wasn't percent happy like we have been for years before it became Margaritaville at Lake Lanier the Santa that's been there for years ALWAYS had a way with the children the one that was there this year when my child was crying he looked at me and said she was not going to handle it and brushed me off and the placement of where Santa was was all the way at the farthest place in the park and as for the employees they were great especially the supervisor over the Rides I tried to get his name so I could give him props it was because of him and his friendliness and his overall attitude he turned what was a very upsetting night into a great night he made my little girl smile it was his attitude and personality that made our 2 hour trip to visit Santa Claus for many years at Lake Lanier it was his Attitude and Personality that made it worth while thank you God bless you

I'm So disappointed!!!!!! We drove an hour and a half to get there then waited in line 2 hours before we even made it in. We were expecting to have a great time and see tons of lights. As you entered there were great lights but they became less and less as you drove through. And then it was just, 4 hours wasted and over $50 down the drain. We should have gone to Callaway Gardens there light show never let us down!

This place is an awesome get away! it's spacious and the water is somewhat clean but still good to swim in there are plenty of floaties and chairs available for everyone to use $15 gets you in and you can just pick a spot and pretty much spend the whole day there if you would like to. they have a huge screen that plays music videos all day long and gets you in the mood for a nice little swim the only thing that I did not like about it was in order to play water slides and all the water park is very expensive. $50 per adult and $30 for kids. Not very pocket friendly! No lifeguard nor security around either.

The lights are amazing! The price for driving through is outrageous!

Do not go here if you are handicapped in any way. No signage for handicap entrance. Many stairs from regular parking lot. The waited in line for at least 40 minutes where there are no benching to sit. Then you get in at least more than 100 yards then up another flight of stairs with not even guard rails to get up them all the way. 1 handicap stall and it was out of order. Then we finally found someone in a golf cart to take us to the better entrance for a handicapped person then they dropped me off at gate where it was another long walk into the park again with no benches to rest along the way. They really need to have better access for a handicapped person that isn't in a wheel chair but can't walk long distances without severe pain. I've had back surgery and have arthritis in both knees. I wanted to bring my grandson so he could have fun but all I got was a lot of pain and disappointment.

I received outstanding service at the landshark bar!! Kaz and Bryan whipped up delicious drinks for me and my girls!!! They were friendly and outgoing !!! I really enjoyed myself keep up the good work fellas!!!

It's super crowded on the weekends but great place to hit the water with all of our pools closed!

We were there grand opening weekend. One of the nicest campgrounds I've been to yet and the staff were VERY friendly, accommodating and helpful. They are still working on stuff but this was overall a great experience.

I had high hopes for RV campground opening. At best, I will not be coming back. Campers BEWARE of the following. If you book with camp ground it may appear you are reserving site specific. NOT the case. If you pay for thee EXTRA $20.00 in hopes of locking in your site, NOT the case. I was told that gate fee was included in the price, NOT the case. Once you pay for RV reservations, gate fee, and lock in fee. You have to ask yourself. Is it worth it? BTW, if you already reserve your spot and want to cancel, another $20.00 fee. Hope you are starting to see that they only want your money and not trying to make enjoyable memories. There will be a hype for the new opening but in time you will struggle to fill in spots. Lastly, as you can see in other posts. Do not waste your time calling. They never answer the phone or call you back as promised. Another dissatisfied customer.

Had fun seeing Christmas lights a great experience.

The lights were great! My daughter enjoyed the whole thing and did not want to leave. We'll be coming back later this month!

Nice place to visit when the weather permits. Was there for a terrain race. Long hike down to the plaza from the parking lot. Even longer back up

The Christmas attraction is nice, the updates to the Nights of Lights is nice, but we are very disappointed they closed down the side where the beach is and got rid of the tiki bar.

We went for snow tubing and really enjoyed the trip.

The kids love having an annual pass and going with their friends!

Every thing costs extra once you get in the gate. Ticket booths should be placed in various locations not jut one place. Santa was too far away from everything....

Gorgeous place to trail ride and take lessons. Everyone is so personable and helpful. Beth takes the time to teach you what you need to know to be an excellent and safe rider. I highly recommend this place. This is definitely a GREAT place to take your kids. They have goats and donkeys too!! love it!

They have a huge arena and a great barn. Everything is kept very clean.

Awesome time with the snow play and the rides. Kids had a blast!!!!

It is a good getaway closer to Alpharetta.It has a water park. It has also a water play area for kids. It also has an eating place. Outside food is not allowed. Overall a good experience!

So she tipped herself....this is a grab and go so I didn't tip...even so if I felt like not tipping she doesn't deserve to decided to take MY money!! THIS IS THEFT!!! This is supposed to be a family place so that I can enjoy, but I am so mad I dont want to go back. (I have a family pass of 8 though) I can guarantee I will not eat, drink or buy anything from Lake Lanier World again!!!

I really enjoy my time in Lanier. I enjoy meeting new people, taking lot of photos and the food was delicious. It was hot that day but the boat ride was enjoyable

The best thing going on the south side of Lanier. Food, fun, and courteous staff with plenty of activities to try out.

My boys had a blast! It was their first time ever, me and my husband enjoyed it as well. Can't wait to go back!

This is a really nice venue. My first time visiting and I am thoroughly impressed with the ecosystem they have created its a great place for families of all ages to come and have fun.

I hate to leave a negative post about such a pretty place. My husband and I went on the Saturday before Father's Day and had a nice time. We also noticed they had a Father's Day promotion on the next day, "Father's get in free." I have to agree with the person that left the review save you receipts!!! We were charged for two people instead of one. I called them on Monday, emailed the receipt and left messages to return my call. At this point I still have not heard from anyone. Hopefully leaving this review will encourage someone to return my call.

For $45 a car, the lights are not as good this year. We made it a nice date night anyway.
