Spent 50 dollars for some stupid stickers half the exibates are closed

Any reason that takes you to LA, you can not miss the opportunity to take a dip in culture at LACMA 15 usd general admission

Millions of pictures from every angle here, such a cool place that draws people from all around.

I do wish there was some stats on the lights somewhere like how much power it uses and how long they are on and how many times a year bulbs need replacing etc, at least me and some friends talked about it haha. Thanks for the creativity here.

At night, there is always a permanent crowd to observe the flagship work of this museum.

Beautiful museum with so much to see! Loved that I ended up there on the free Tuesday (second Tuesday of each month)! Beyond worth it!

This location was really pretty and had this charm to it. It's like a hidden gem but we'll know. I know it doesn't make any sense but it's the best contradiction to come across.

Very interesting, however, doesn't give you impression of the actual musiem

Free museum entry for CA residents weekdays after 3

LACMA is one of my favorite places in LA. They have a great permanent collection with a wide range of art. Their special exhibits are usually fantastic as well. They also do Friday night jazz in the summer which is a great event to hang out with some friends and enjoy the beautiful LA summer nights!

This museum is wonderful. It's clean and the staff very friendly.

It was nice to see you all around for about three hours and there were lots of impressive works of art.

Sculpture garden is very interesting and its free!!!.

Nice "Urban Lights" piece of art. One of the few place i can take my friends to late at night.

It was already a bit late, and it was too late to take a good visit, just take a few photos outside and leave! The parking fee is still 16 US dollars to pay Guisensendi!

My wife and I had a great time walking g through the whole complex! The whole place is a work of art!

It is a pretty good museum, it has been a while since I have visited it but before I moved to Asia I spend quite a lot of time studying the South and Southeast Asian Art collection in the Ahmanson Building at the museum.

Encyclopedic museum in scope, and a must visit museum if you love the arts!

Probably one of the best place in the world to see post modern art pieces.

It is not so cute how it looks in the photos, at least the lights that is one of the main attractions. It is also full of people.

Large expansive museum. Takes a whole visit if you want to cover it thoroughly. Mix of paintings and physical structures. Lovely courtyard to sit and lounge and eat. There's usually a string of food trucks across the street at lunch time. Good gift store with used on sale section. Has Wi-Fi. Many exhibits that range in various cultures.

Really great exhibits, fun shops, and a nice little cafe and cafeteria. There is a ton to see between the 5 buildings!

Truly fantastic place. I only wish we had more time there was so much to see ,so many buildings to explore and so much art to absorb. Some awe inspiring things.

Half the museum was closed yet they charged full price. What was open was not the most impressive work. The Fiji exhibition was more interesting then any of the modern shows

Interesting mix of exhibits and a very pleasant open outdoor space for hanging around. Adjacent Tar pit museum is also a great place for family and kids.

LACMA is not a great museum. It's a collection of great museums! A sprawling campus of buildings, pavilions, sculpture gardens... with a variety of spots to grab a bite or quench your thirst. The permanent collections and exhibits offer a survey of human creativity from pre-Columbian to post-modern. Easy garage parking and a new Fairfax/Wilshire subway station (Purple Line) opening across the street. I LA

We went on a free day and it was packed, but we were still able to see everything we wanted! We will definitely go back! Also, there was a Korean art specialist in the Hammer building that really brought the art to life!

Places with many paintings by famous artists such as Picasso and Monet

A really great museum! The grounds back onto the La Brea Tars pits, there are nice gardens and a lot out outdoor space. We came here to see the Guillermo Del Toro Exhibition - Bleak house and was blown away by how good it was. The only negative is that the parking is kinda expensive.

It's LACMA - what more can I say. If you love art it's a must see.

They are expensive considering entrance and parking.

Always a great place. You can easily spend an entire day here. It's kind of expensive, but for the time you can spend, and the one of a kind exhibits, it's worth the money.

Great collection of impressionists. Several Picasso pieces.

This is a nice place for a date, to walk and take picture. It s good to go both during the day and at night.

I went expecting a lot more from the reviews but a lot of sections are close for renovations and was dissatisfied since I am not a resident of LA and had to pay 25 bucks for a lot of sections that were closed. GETTY CENTER IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Always love coming here whenever visiting LA. There are always new exhibits to explore and exciting artists featured.

One of the best museums in the US, the collection is excellent, you can disappear for half a day at least. Constantly there are interesting exhibitions, there are connections of modern art. Paintings by Picasso, Monet, Hohenp, etc., Rodin and others. In a word, I highly recommend one of the mandatory places to visit in Los Angeles

Really great Jazz for free on Friday evenings from 6:00 to 8 or 9. Parking is not free though, $16.00. Ouch!

Great museum district, art all around and the best art museums close to each other so grab and put it on your list of to do s because it is. You ll enjoy interacting, interesting art from one of a kind artist. Don t feel like walking there scooters bird, or lime that can take you to each museum in a jiffy. To enjoy more explore more.
