This was a top of the line restaurant, the service the food, everything about it was over the top. Cant wait to get back

I had an great time and stay at the hotel and the 10 course menu was excellently done with brilliant environment.

Worthy of their three star Michelin namesake. They have water menu, yes water menu, to greet you. We had their signature 10-course meal, which was delight in and of itself. Not many think of haute Italian cuisine, and this is the only place you can experience it. Yes, it s not for everyday but it is worth every euro.

The sight alone repays (almost) the cost especially for those who are not Roma. The kitchen, albeit at very high levels, it suffers a certain weariness that can also be seen in the furnishings and in the "attitude of the chef. For a special occasion it is worth.

It is a little surprising that the German manages the cuisine of the most titled Roman restaurant. But this is only from the side. Nice place to spend days in a pleasant and always themed week. Outside there are parking lots that at least during the winter are free and easy to find empty. Great food with a wide offer. Beautiful also the local, large and well cared for. Inspired by a pirate ship, everything is themed, from the ceiling to the clothing of the staff

Impressive restaurant, it is to indulge yourself to dine in it. But an anniversary is well worth it.
The couple has been going out for about 850 and it is a tasting of 10 dishes (I think I remember, because it was a year ago).
The dishes are true delicacies, textures and flavors that I had never tasted or felt.

The views from the terrace are unmatched in all of Rome.

Do not stop looking at the water chart ... it's amazing.

I have to be honest. I had been to lots of stars Resturant around the world. I can say this one they have the quality and standard to become star restaurant but whether it really deserves a 3 stars. I don t think so. 2 May be,
The creativity of the food is def not inspiring to me. Decoration or food or presentation is good. What I believe is the creativity of the chef on food rather than just presentation.
Quality of food is excellent service was up to standard.... just lack of creativity.... Not par to other 3 stars nearby in EU. Sorry. But again, they are also a must come of u can in Rome. Fantastic view for lunch and dinner. Lovely,..
Water Menu, Coffee and Tea Menu which is fancy for people like me who is Asian not experiencing that much and hundreds of different types of water and coffee... interesting...

Excellent service from a super friendly staff that is eager to serve you. The menu selection and the food are top shelf. The separate menu of mineral/spring waters is a bit too much.
Wine pearing was superb, not to mention the night view of Rome from the huge balcony.

Awesome location - average gelatos.

We only stopped there for gelatos as we were walking around the busy beach area at night. You have to get a number, go pay at the bar and then come back and wait for your turn. I found the whole process a little cumbersome. Besides, the gelatos were good but nothing exceptional. Still, they're perfectly located so I think it's worth the stop....

Great upmarket restaurant, refined dishes for gourmets, appropriate price and the quality of the wines but especially the desserts amazing. From Heinz always new with which it continues to amaze ... If you can go.

Service was a bit sporadic. Friendly but hit or miss. Menu was good and the food was good. Dessert left something to be desired.

This restaurant is worth booking first then plan your trip to Rome around it. From cocktails on the terrace you are guaranteed an exceptional experience. Having eaten in 3 Michelin Star restaurants throughout the world, La Pergola is in the top five. Each course takes you on a gastronomic journey, we opted for a wine pairing with the Gourmet Menu.

anniversary with my wife we granted this visit as an opera evening at the court of a brilliant interpreter of the kitchen intended not as nourishment but as the enjoyment of unique sensations.

Refined, very nice and well cared for. Extremely prepared and courteous staff, impeccable service. Strategic location to reach the most beautiful and suggestive places of interest in Rome. Elaborate dishes but not too much, delicious everything, desserts included. TO TRY!

Great food, great service, and an excellent water menu (yup). It s definitely pricey but if you have a special occasion and can afford it, it s worth the visit. The views are stunning and the food is excellent.

After super mediocre experience at the hotel, we decide to check on our old haunt - La Pergola. And as usual, it was great. Service, surrounding and the view were all top notch. 5 out of 6 people had ordered steaks and everyone was satisfied. Vine from Piedmont was devine! The following night we all decided on 10 course menue. It was overwhelmingly complex, by the plate #5 i was getting a bit full. Presentation of the food was unusually beautiful- dancing mushrooms and escarol trees.....imagine further yourself.....

This is the first time I had ever visited a restaurant on this level. Completely blown away.

then when we showed up for our 25th wedding anniversary on November 4th 2009 and the restaurant refused to honor our reservation. There was a lot of finger pointing they claimed our tour operator failed to perform a final final confirmation ritual and the tour place swore they complied with all known protocol. But the place was empty and I was just devastated after the incredible build up it had been given. Anyway with the ungodly prices they charge and that kind of screw you attitude it was probably a blessing. So do yourself a favor and get the reservation yourself.

Very high level, but unfortunately the final price makes you cry. The dish to be tasted does not remain imprinted, so many ingredients ... for once in your life you can do it. Prices of wines with a price increase of 500% ... this is not conceivable.

Excellent Food. Ordered a bruschette miste, a spaguetti nostro mode and a house wine. All the best. The service is great. The atmosphere is cozy. Highly recommend.

Excellent well-known restaurant in the capital. Tasting menu offers a feast of flavors and emotions to the taste buds. Price in line with the high quality of the dishes tested. Even if the price is high-end, it is absolutely worth a try.

Food and service were undoubtedly perfect. The water menu was an overkill. What else can I say for a Michelin 3 star. I think the price is how it is for its category of restaurants. I just wish I met Heinz Beck that day, he wasn't in the restaurant that day

Amazing. Its reputation precedes it and it lives up to it! That in itself is as amazing a compliment as a 3 star restaurant can receive. Dish of the night was undoubtedly the carbonara ravioli. Familiar flavors executed perfectly in an amazingly innovative way. Lots of food don't fill up on the incredibly delicious and equally varied breads as the meal seems to never end.

La Pergola is top of my list in Rome, reservations are essential, located on the top of Rome Cavalieri best view of Rome, excellent service, where delicate delicious fresh food meets the art of beauty. Every dish from the amuse bouche , starters , main , pre-dessert and dessert to the petit fours is memorable.

16 April 2019:We were lucky enough to visit La Pergola again and everything is still of the highest quality. My daughter loves the selection of breads (no need to give her food when we re there), olive oil delicious, 5 choices of salts (all unique), carbonara infused tortellone (the carbonara filling squirts into your mouth as you bite down), scrumptious desserts, massive wine list...

Good food and good service. Portions a little small, however

so no comparison with Steirereck in Vienna or Osteria Francescana in Modena (2018 best restaurant in the World)
This one has old furniture, uninteresting menu, not good waiters and over priced!

Experience to do at least once in a lifetime. The hard work always rewards and the brigade of the great but never haughty chef is perfect without comparison.
