Excellent service and exquisite food. The reservation is required as well as smart dress and a blazer for men. The prices are quite steep, but it is the only 3 Michelin star restaurant in Rome. The view is spectacular!
A must try! But first go to the ATM the prices here are high, let's say that if you are looking for a place to eat and have a breathtaking view of the Eternal City this is the place for you, chef Heinz Beck is superb and will amaze you with his creations .
Excellent location and top quality food..the star chef really knows how to transport you with his dishes to other worlds. But to have been here in Rome for a long time, his dishes often have flavors of his land. embarrasses the vastness of choice of bottles of water to choose from .... and the service makes you uncomfortable. You eat in tension and you always feel observed. Another flaw is the bill really exaggerated..and the times to be able to go very long. It is true that it is exceptional but you cannot pay such high figures ...

Lunch will cost around 250 . Good dinner for two from 600 . To understand all the riot of tastes and colors I recommend that you first try the tasting menu. Separately, it is worth noting the excellent wine list with very old, collectible brands.

Excellent cuisine in a refined and elegant environment
The La Pergola with its culinary delicacies from Heinz Beck and his team absolutely met my expectations, although in my opinion it does not quite come close to the level of the southern German 3-star competition.

An unbelievably luxurious experience and brilliant food and service
We came here about a month ago and had an amazing experience. We decided to go with the 10 course menu and loved it. The service was fantastic, the views were amazing, and the food was delicious. You have to make reservations months in advance but it's absolutely worth it. We asked for a table by the window and they were able to accommodate. Again, the service was superb and they helped make a memory we'll always remember. The sommelier was kind enough to help us pair a few glasses of wine as we progressed through the menu. Meeting the chef in the end was nice, and taking photos outside was lovely. While we were leaving, they handed us a lovely printed version our menu with the glasses of wines we ordered, serving as a nice memento. Absolutely deserving of the three Michelin stars!

The greeting was extremely attentive, the table on the beautiful terrace offers a breathtaking view of Rome.
The Summer 20 menu from the beginning to the end is perfectly thought out, lovingly implemented and an absolute delight. In our opinion, all ingredients and flavors are ideally coordinated. The highlight in between appears unspectacular at first glance - Heinz Beck's famous Fagotelli Carbonara, which absolutely outshine every pasta dish in terms of craftsmanship and taste.
Particularly noteworthy is the scampo on avocado.
The wine and water selection leaves nothing to be desired and the service was more than accommodating.
All in all for us definitely worth a visit again, we went home very happy.
Probably, the best cuisine of Rome.

Fantastic experience
Stunning restaurant with superb food and a view to match.
I would give this 6* if I could. This is a Heinz Beck restaurant and he is now my favorite chef. His signature dish is one of my all-time favorites and the chateaubriand was cooked perfectly. Other than having to wear a jacket and tie this is one of the finest restaurants in the world. This is a true Michelin 3* restaurant, the service is great, the whole ambience is a real treat after a day exploring Rome. Even if you do not stay at the hotel this is a must for a special occasion.
A culinary perfect evening around the team of Heinz Beck. A personal touch from the house was unfortunately missing and runs through the evening. Three stars in the Michelin Guide are justified, only the bill and the distancing to the guest had a bland aftertaste. The 900 for two people would not hurt if a sincere atmosphere were present. Nevertheless, no shortcoming from the kitchen. The food was just perfect !!!

3 stars of Michelin deserved! We order the Menu with 10 dishes and order the Wine following foods! In my opnion is the best you can do,because both have a excellent combination. They dont limit the wine taste! The Water Menus is very nice. I love water and i drank one of Italy i never taste and was excellent! The service also very nice! I recommend once in life you have to go in a 3 Michelin star. Contrats for all work there!!
