La Pergola is top of my list in Rome, reservations are essential, located on the top of Rome Cavalieri best view of Rome, excellent service, where delicate delicious fresh food meets the art of beauty. Every dish from the amuse bouche , starters , main , pre-dessert and dessert to the petit fours is memorable.

16 April 2019:We were lucky enough to visit La Pergola again and everything is still of the highest quality. My daughter loves the selection of breads (no need to give her food when we re there), olive oil delicious, 5 choices of salts (all unique), carbonara infused tortellone (the carbonara filling squirts into your mouth as you bite down), scrumptious desserts, massive wine list...
