after sent by email as we had been offered, then by mail at the end of November, we were still awaiting reimbursement to date (2.5 months later) of the flu vaccine prescribed by our doctor
we called that day, after 20 minutes of waiting we were told that we needed the original prescription and not a photocopy, new sending of mail (emails they do not know!)

I signed a contract with them which stipulated and after confirmation of not 1 but 4 employees of the green mutual that a month of contribution was offered or it was withdrawn therefore scam and refusal to reimburse and admit its errors, then a board do not trust the 2 months of contributions offered, otherwise good mutual servce quality but expensive, if it were posiible I would not put 1 stars but -5 stars.
