It's an ok school I get bullied there so I don't really like it plus the kids are rude

Great teachers, great school, better than Delta. Don't fall for the sugar coating that they advertise for Delta. It feels more like an alternative school than a "STEM" school.

Teachers, Staff, and students alike are so welcoming and accepting.All of the student body is so supportive of each other. When I was a freshman I was scared to go to high school because of the sterotypical bullying and cliques but I'm happy to say that there is no bullying or cliques at Hanford and all students are welcomed and loved by the falcon family

I've never felt more welcome and accepted anywhere else, thanks to all the teachers and staff who made my 4 years a blast, and continue to do so! Special shout outs to Mr. Swisher, both Newburys, Mrs. K, Mr. Perez, Mr. Mayer, Mrs. Antonovich, and all our admin, Mr. Christensen, Bradley, and Gaddis!

This school doesn't do a damn thing about bullying or harassment I'm sick and tired of my friends and I getting harassed every damn day by trinity brown! By my first hour teachers class in the library and in my 6th hour class which i have with him, this needs to get STOPPED RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Spent some years here as a kid, I tried really hard to change our mascot to an Atom, but failed.

Great school and amazing administration. We have been very pleased with the educational opportunities here and the overall atmosphere of the school.

Anybody who wrote a bad review about Hanford High is probably 1) young/still a student or recently-graduated, therefore too immature to give a realistic review, or 2) lacking in perspective of Hanford compared to most other high schools, or a mixture of both. It could be some other factors too like simply bad/poor students wanting to blame the school for their own shortcomings. The fact is that Hanford is a terrific high school, especially relative to most other public high schools. The education available is top-notch, with mostly very knowledgeable, well-educated, and caring teachers. I am not saying it is perfect or that all teachers are great there, but very few public high schools are of this level of quality and so well-rounded.

Some teachers a really helpful, while others just pile you with work and forget about it.
The school itself was quite nice, a little too small for the amount of students attending. I hated how the layout made me feel like I was in a prison, especially since 90% of the teachers kept the blinds closed.

Compared to other schools, we got it good. Minimal bullying, wide variety of classes, intelligent student body, not super clique-y (especially in comparison with Richland)- we are lucky. Might not be perfect but when is high school ever perfect?
