we called that day, after 20 minutes of waiting we were told that we needed the original prescription and not a photocopy, new sending of mail (emails they do not know!)
to our remark, on the lack of follow-up we were told "to follow our refunds", what we have always done and what I invite you to do with them because they say "they cannot warn everyone" !! !

on the other hand, the 2020 contribution increase is higher than the average for mutuals for poor quality service
