Waste of time for attending interview. They don't know about their requirements for job position. I have attended for an interview and interview is good but they are taking interview even the positions are not available.

One of the best IT company i have worked, learned a lot from Raybiztech.

Waste of time to write a review on this company, if there is a negative rating I should have gone to it, they are giving publicity as a level 3 company, but my suggestion to the management is please close the company, don't play with the employee career.

Such a rediculous company and their interview process.I recently went for an interview seems to be they don't have any vacancies but still playing with the people by calling for an interview.Hello Mr C.E.O if you have dare and guts recruit right people and streamline your interview process.such an idiotic company

I attended one interview here I'm cleared all round they say we release offer letter I wait one week that time they told me ur hold after one month they told ur not selected
Same thing happened with my also he around 45 days
They just waste our for the name of interview after interview they are not respond properly but every week they post we have vacancy
Finally they selected though consultancy candidates only ( one more my friend selected through consultancy and also he was not perform well)

Its been wonderful to be a part of this company. Best team to develop the website and mobile app development and great management to encourage the team.

My first time working in India and Raybiztech welcomes me with open arms and takes me to high skies in terms of revamping my knowledge, training me and honing my skills. I really appreciate the fact that my projects were very fun, tedious but for sure fun to work for. They have an amazing client base or at least I can attest to the ones that I worked with. My heart felt gratitude to all the peeps at Raybiztech for making this voyage a jollifying and yet most definitely a different experience.

Good learning environment. One can learn so many things with his intent. Good environment for fresher. Reporting Time restriction is a problem for most of the employee.

Very bad for calling multiple times when the recruiter and human resources wants to fill a position. When I beginned my career with job searching I got a call from them about a position which I was eligible for and they said me to email the resume. Later I followed up with them multiple times and even once I visited the office of madhapur but the panel said you cannot come directly UNTIL you do not get a confirmation call. NOW after 4 years again from 2 days I am receiving the calls for the same position. Understand the people need MOST help when it is needed.

HERE I remember the influencers who say "Recruitment process should be changed"

I recently visited this place which is there in madhapur very near tk the DMart, it is said to be CMMI LEVEL 3 company but lacks the facilities or standarda which were supposed to maintain to be certified as that, very small company. I recently went for an interview there and found it as very small company and the way they interviewed shows their immaturity.

I had worst experience over here.....the h.r are totally irresponsible.... prolonged it for days together n confirmed it ,they I'll release the offer letter n finally the ans was your hold currently,till date no response.... don't trust them at all ....I really had doubt are these awards are really geniune....

Receive spam calls to our office nearly everyday, sometimes multiple times in one day. I've been cursed at by one of their employees for refusing to transfer the spam call. Terrible company.

EVERY DAY our business receives multiple phone calls from this company. We have asked every day to be removed from their calling list but they refuse to do so. We will be exploring ways that we can ensure that they are no longer allowed to call us. This is absolutely terrible business relations.

Worst HR policies. No empathy for employees. Do not trust their good ratings and positive reviews at all they all are managed internally most of the time.

No reviews only for this because the hr team is like Hercules. I sen dded so many candidates to the interview it is almost 2 months got over still they did not given the feedback. Is this the way the hr team response. every time when I called they will say we will get back thatsall . waste of time to send candidates to this company.

I have attend to interview in the june month 2019,they called me for 3 rounds of interview with one week gap and I have cleared all rounds,but still I didn't get any response from them,worst recruitment process.Actually I am a php developer but they called me for dell bhoomi cloud architect postion and they told me that they will provide a proper training for dell bhoomi and they conduct three rounds of interview.......They simply wasting the others time and the company runs without any ethical values.I didnt get a call for PHP position eventhough I got selected but every time they are posting for php postion vacancy. I think ray business technologies will disapper in the short span of time.

Raybiz maintains good values towards time management and the ground crew are helpul in guiding and treating the people.......the cons which i have faced is.... one of the employee 'Mr Prasad' in the interview panel.... he is such an unskilled guy and was shocked how he was given chance to b a part of the panel ....and freshers who want to attend the interview be careful . HR is so irresponsible and the responses from them are so rude .I felt the ground crew are much repsonsible then the educated HR's.

Very good place to learn different technologies,friendly environment ,i am happy for being a part of this organisation. I recommend this company for freshers. good technology exposure
