Terrible first and last time I buy food there I bought rice shrimp chicken and meat was full of fat and they put 5 wao shrimp if one pays for a service they have to give it that way it is not worth

Food was really good! Real peruavian taste. And the servers were very attentive. I will come back for sure.

I stopped in here for lunch just a little over a week ago on Super Bowl Sunday. I was waiting for a co-worker to arrive at Newark Liberty Airport and what a fantastic decision that was! The service was great, the food was outstanding! I had a "Personal portion" of steak that literally took up the entire plate. It had been a while since I had Peruvian food, and I knew I liked it.

It is a very good restaurant, the attention is very affectionate and the food is very good.

They have a delicious Ceviche. And their Sopa de Gallina, is simply fantastic. Really good variety of Peruvian drinks. And if you a fan of Salsa music. Then you will enjoy the giant screen on the back wall. Playing video's of the the best Salsa band's.

The hut is the richest store in the whole country !!!!! It is the sweetness mix. Ma is like a normal store but it is a sweet store !!! Delicious!!!!!

Tasty food with a terrible customer service. I went to this place because many people recommended it as the best Peruvian restaurant in Elizabeth, NJ and I can say terrible mistake. When we arrived to the place the two people host and waitress were texting in the cellphone (this behavior was the same during all the time that we had for dinner) totally lazy workers. We ordered two plates: A Chaufa de Pollo (delicious) and a triptico (ceviche, rice and fried calamari). The chaufa arrived in a big plate and the host/waitress didn t bring any plate to share. My fiance went to the counter to ask for plates and these guys were texting all the time... so my fiance took the plates from the counter and we started eating. We asked for water and after I went to the counter to ask again for water, they brought the water. I won t give more details for the service because at that time I already knew what was the system. So I went to the counter and ask for some boxes to take home the left over. In a rude way the guy asked how many do you need? (But he continued texting) he went behind the counter and he brought three boxes and two bags and gave them to me (but he had the phone in his hand all the time). Big surprise when I took the plastic boxes and the bag: a small cockroach between the plastic boxes. Terrible moment! Well I don t know if one of the ingredients of the tasty flavor of this restaurant is the little cockroach that was in the plastic containers. Unfortunately terrible experience! Very bad service (I am pretty sure that there is a lot of people that would like to work hard in this place) and a tasty food that could have surprises.

Good is delicious & service is excellent. It is true that gratuity is charged sometimes so please read bill. Also - lomo de camarones is a bit salty, but otherwise one of my favorite Peruvian restaurants.

I ordered two chickens with salad, french fries and tostones ... the chickens were chicken legs only (sure it is a spider chicken that I do not know) It also had a terrible smell and undercooked the exaggerated salad dressing was ruined by the tostones and reheated potatoes.
It is a shame to throw away food but there is no other way.

I was in the area and look for a restaurant nearby and how good we got to this, the food was very good, excellent presentation of their dishes and very good portions, delicious desserts and friendly staff.

It's 1:42pn on a Monday!!! This place isn't even packed... Why is my family waiting 20+ mins to be served ... Not even the fried corn has made it to the table. Staff is blah and seem annoyed to tend to your table... Ughhhh! Only because we are starving...

We did have a wait a lot even for food that was already prepared. The place is a little crowded and the service was alright. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.I got the lomo saltado. It was a huge portion and a fair price. It's really a dish you should split with someone. It was kind of salty but flavorful nonetheless.
