Very bad customer service, since I reported to get exchange of faulty lipstick on 17 Sep and it s now 2 months they still haven t get it replace, keep saying working on it and I have to wait and nothing else three can do. Seriously 2 months they cannot replace a lipstick. It s crazy slow.
