Always wonderful customer service and the Bean's campus is a great place to spend an afternoon. During the holidays I only wish there was a way to reduce the length of some of the lines at the registers, but that's what happens where they sell good stuff I suppose!

It's a nice complex of theme-based L.L. Bean stores, and also an outdoor mall of assorted other stores. Very high-priced merchandise, however.

Great selection from clothes to gadgets to outdoor items to home items. Nice holiday displays! Most of the staff have been extremely helpful and nice except on a couple of occasions where we had a rude salesperson.
I don't do much LL Bean shopping but their flagship store is pretty impressive. It's huge. There are stuffed animals all throughout. There are ma y guns for sale (which is a bit creepy). It's very rustic feeling. You can view all of the yearly catalog covers from the very first boot ad over a century ago!

Really great store to visit as a destination or if you are loose for a place to go. There are four LL Bean stores. Discount, bike & canoe, home goods and the main clothing store. It's like hours of shopping for quality goods. Covid shopping made use wait in line due to store population maximums. Not to bad though. What can I say. They have four seasons available and everything they sell on the floor. Great day.

Looking for a couple of items in the boat section, no staff present and not too busy either.
Disappointed in Customer Service. Not helpful when you have multiple kids, infant carriers, and they don't fit in the strollers! Don't expect guidance from staff, at least the two I asked, showed no interest in assisting us, or working with us to find a solution. I suggested they allow us to tag the infant carriers and hold them behind the desk while we shopped. I was dismissed with "we don't do that" #boo #llbeanbad #disappointing

Very nice, enjoyed the day wandering through the stores picking up camping accessories and things we use on our trips. I enjoy fly-fishing and three young man in the fly shop have me some great information on fishing in Maine. Was worth the time to go and see. Has a lot for everyone. Not just the outdoorsman.

Awesome! Great prices and just a cool store in general. If you're an LL blBean fan dont pass it up. There is also an outlet if tons of other stores right next to it for other shopping.
Anything L.L.Bean makes is in here. There is a dedicated store for home stuff, another one for ski, boats, and kayak and their flagship store. It's a huge space with a bunch of employees there to help you out. Everyone seemed to be working there for a long time with a lot of knowledge of their products and its uses.
Great place to walk around, but almost everything is too expensive.

Went for firearms and bullets. Firearms were adequate but bullets were wayyy overpriced.

Nice store, outdated displays, very hard to park, snail pace checkout. Very disappointed with the only discount to a nonmember was to open a visa account. Yes it is 'll bean but expected a whole lot more.
L.L.Bean is my Disney World. I can go just to walk around and look at the products and displays such as the large fish tank. Products are pricey but you cannot be the lifetime satisfaction warranty that L.L.Bean offers. No other company stands by their products like these guys.

Went for festival of lights... That was gorgeous but we were bummed that Santa was not there at 6PM on a Saturday... So we shopped. Unfortunately the staff wasn't pleasant to deal with. I found it difficult to get assistance while shopping and the check out staff had no patience, it was so bad I asked her if she got paid more to rudely push people through the check out; then she became even worse! I love going to LL Bean but may not return during the holiday season again due to the staff on site..
