Love this place! Great shopping, staff very helpful!

Just as pricey as the catalog but the goods last forever.

It was really pretty at Christmas time with all the lights and fresh local trees. The store is large and very nice. They have tons of items but it's LL BEAN so it's pricy.

Not our kind of clothes, but we needed a rain coat and we found some good deals in their outlet store.

It's like a tradition to shop at Beans every year at Christmas. This year the lights were nice, but the store didn't have a very interesting sweater selection... everything seems to be made in China, what happened to Norway???, the layout in the coat section now looks barren and unfestive like a discount or warehouse store, there are no wool skirts at all, and the signature sections selections are not very interesting or lush feeling. The men's signature selection was slightly better. The regular men's clothes are not fitted enough for my millennial children, I agree with the other reviewer that style updates are needed. By the way, baby boomers and others want to be up to date too, we don't want mom jeans and big loose flannels. Slightly fitted is still too wide, we held it up to the signature and there was like three extra inches!. Needless to say we were disappointed. Hopefully the store interior layout designers will do better next year and the buyers will look beyond China and offer more youthful styles. Beans used to have amazing and varied sweaters, with special ones for Christmas. I couldn't find a good ski sweater. Anyway, I left sad :(

Very cool place to check out. Huge store with a ton of selection. The only downside for personally was that there weren't many wide boots in stock.

We visited this store many times, most recently during our camping trip to Maine. It has a great selection of camping gear, friendly service and famous LL Bean return policy. Great shopping experience.

It s a cool complex of LL Bean Stores. It s worth a stop from the bargains at the outlet to the deep stock in the stores.

The food was very good but it was way too expensive for what you get. The dining room did not match the price of the meal.

Still open 24/7. Go find the fish tank you can get inside of, especially if you're here on off hours, no one waiting in line to experience it at 2am.

Not the company they used to be. Very little made here anymore but high prices and a return policy dictated by people that abused the system.

LL Bean has been my go to outfitter for 65 years! Getting to see how this business has grown from making world class canoes to a super store for everything outdoors was a genuine treat! The tradition of great Bean customer service still exists!

An amazing visit. A must go to location if your in or going by Freeport. Everyone will stop to ask you how you are and if you need help with anything. They go out of their way to help you.

Love their stores but parking for handicapped & elderly is very difficult to find. By the time you get inside, you need a 20 min rest stop..lines at cash registers are also not conducive for disabled or elderly. Family members born & raised in Maine. Most family & friends have been loyal customers for years. So, a little disappointed in lack of personal sales help for people we brought with obvious needs. Catalogs & online purchasing are a great alternative, but many still want the ability to see & try on the merchandise first hand..

High prices for a lot of junk made in China. Used to be s great store with money back guarantee but gone down hill.

We go every fall to start Christmas shopping we always visit the outlet. We seem to buy more in the main store and we hit it good this year they had an extra 20% off everything in the store we got a lot of shopping done

24/7 at one of my favorite stores to visit, this place is awesome! Lots to do and see. Great free events in the summer too

Get what you pay for... prices are high but product is top of the line. Great place to kill a day shopping if your into that type of thing. They do well with giving back to the shoppers with entertainment and things to do.

Quiet on a rainy weekday evening in the spring and lots of merchandise on sale. Free electricity for Teslas and the rest of us driving lesser EV s.

Really disappointed with my LL Bean service. So used to the great service of yesteryear when there was free fast shipping. No free shipping because before tax my order was 49.95...a whole .05 cents away and I always expected the same old quick shipping for delivery Wednesday, but instead it took a week and a half and not delivered until after Father's Day. I've been shopping at LL Bean since I was a child and worked at the catalog for 3 seasons and am really sad to see their service is declining as well as their product quality and guarantee. Called Customer Service to no avail. The last time I ordered it was a much different experience. Will think twce before ordering again.

Lots of clothes, backpacks, camping gear, home items, almost anything you could want! Huge stores. I loved shopping there when I was in Maine

By far the place I'd lose myself in for hours no matter how many times I go

I love stopping just to see what they have here each and every trip. From the photo ops with the giant duck boot, to the fish in the pond and the faux mountaintop to try your new boots on it's always worth a visit. If you need a canoe at 2 AM this is the spot! Never dissapoints and always has great deals.

Always the best quality clothing. They also have a Tesla Supercharger which is great. Great place to stretch your legs and shop while you charge your car.

A full length eskimo hood down, $50! Slip on very warm suede shoes. I would thrill to find LL Bean wear at goodwill in SF!! (My treasured auntie was employed by you many years.)

Always great to visit but of course pricey for their quality products. Check out the outlet accross the street too. Last year's styles but some good stuff.

I always visit when heading up here. Last visit, I picked up a fly reel and had it loaded. The team in the fly fishing section is always fun to talk to.

Went to return a pair of shoes; just changed my mind. Fast, courteous, effective.
