Nothing worst agent ever. Trust and Katie so unprofessional yelling at at you over the phone and in the office. Let people in the hole without notifying you. Expect tenant to move out bond clean carpet and pest all on one dat??? No correspondence from agent as to moving out etc. so so so unprofessional don't not use if you a home owner.

Nicole is a disgrace, a risk to the organisation in terms of legal liability.
Unfortunately her grammar and spelling are, on occasion, so awful it is almost offensive.
I sincerely hope the organisation has a performance plan in place. It is a shame that such a prominent brand is besmirched by a rogue actor.
