First National Real Estate Mooloolaba Review

I met one of your sales specialists Dan Hawes last year, when he came with a senior colleague, to appraise the apartment I m currently living in for market.
I was impressed by their professional appearance, conduct & transparency.
I mentioned that I would be looking to buy in the near future. Dan took my contact details & kept me in the loop weekly for months, of what was new &, appropriate to my needs, coming onto the market.

When it came time for me to invest in a property myself early in the year, I didn t feel the need spending the time & headworks chasing up other RE agencies.
Having previously been in the Real Estate sales industry myself, my high expectations were met, not only by Dan but, also his colleague Shane.

Being new to the coast and not really knowing anyone else here who employs a property manager, I googled best property manger sunshine coast and Bingo! The name Angie Johnson rocked up!!

I went with that and to this date I must say that she has not only met, but exceeded my expectations.

Angie conducts her work very professionally and seems to have a strong work ethic. I had maintanence issues with my property which was very difficult for me to chase with the property being tenanted. Angie dutifully made all the necessary follow-ups and saw to it that everything was completed.

I ve found that she has always been on top of things and really taken away from me the stress of tenanting my property.

As a buyer, dealing with Dan has suprisingly been very good. Initially we knew straight away we going to put an offer in to the house we bought off Dan. After the initial phone call everything flowed extremely smoothly. All explanations were clear and easy to follow. We had a few odd balls thrown at him but he handled them in a calm and easy to get along manner.
Overall I do recommend Dan, keep up the good work!

Disappointed to say the least. I would NOT recommend letting these people look after your rental properties as they work for the tenant and not the landlords.

We moved back into our investment property and have been waiting for 2 weeks to even get a call back from them in regards to unresolved issues from the final inspection.

They will use excuses like the power was off so I could not check that the appliances work, as I have done research with other agencies it became apparent that tenants are instructed to leave power on until exit report is completed.

My rent was often late and when I would ring to find out why was spoken to like it was an inconvenience to the property managers.

Now we are left playing phone tag with the principal who can not do anything until the property manager in question returns from holidays. In the mean time my family has not been able to have home cooked meals as the oven is just one issue that has not been resolved. I am sure if I was a tenant it would not take this long to resolve this issues.

My partner and I employed the assistance of First National Mooloolaba to find an investment unit in the Mooloolaba area. During the process of finding a suitable unit we were constantly updated with suitable properties which fitted our profile and are now proud owners of a property. Our thanks to all the First National staff, in particular our agent Dan Hawes. No pressure selling, constant contact and a most friendly experience. We have now employed First National to manage leasing of our property. Thanks First National and Dan.
