The worst realestate I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Terribly poor communication, property managers don t do their job properly, incapable of organising cleaning and maintenance. Disgusting and unprofessional. Spare yourself the headache and find a different realestate. I d give less than 1 star if I could.
I booked an inspection for a rental unit in Loganlea, I clearly advised the office each time I called which ORGANISATION I was from.At the end of the property inspection the agent advised LJ HOOKER BROWNS PLAINS does not accept head lease tenancies...something that would have been good to know BEFORE the inspection!!

Having Jody as a property manager has been great, with her very friendly, organised, no-nonsense level headed approach, I've always been happy with the service I've received.
WORST real estate I have EVER dealt with!! It's not just one staff member letting them down either!! Emails NEVER replied to, emergency repairs not tended to, Australian legislation seems to be beneath them!! I am moving house JUST to get away from the incompetence.

Poor service for tenants and land lords. Zero communication. Most incompetent bunch of tradespeople on earth to fix things. They sent 3 tradies to fix a clothesline, after I told them it couldn't be fixed. I listed everything I'd tried, guess what??? The 3 tradies tried all the same things.
How much do 3 tradies cost? $70p/h
It was a $99 clothesline that served 8-9 years. I asked them to supply another and I would fit it free of charge.
They always make sure that they are giving you the right assistance and they are approachable.
Worst real estate I've ever come across. Minus stars if possible. They do not listen to any tenant requests. A pattern of unpleasant behavior from the landlord and agent that I have experienced during my one year tenancy. I faced various difficulties during my tenancy there with landlord locking the front gate without providing me a key copy, locking us out of the entrance, opening and tampering with my mail (even when my name is clearly written on packages) without authorization and damaging my mail which is a serious criminal offence as well as many other pesky issues that I faced. Agent one sided, has a relationship with landlord as their tradie. I always paid rent on time in advance and still they tried to rip me off claiming bogus rent arrears. They are two faced and sneaky. Tried to claim the whole bond after no communication whatsoever since i vacated. Charged fake charges on a single tile replacement for $285!! and tried to charge double for end of bond cleaning $640!. Total rip offs and con artists, so if you must rent their property, be very careful about fake charges, all about money and they have no respect and are very arrogant. Always late or changing inspection times too. They are really difficult to deal with and caused me so much distress during my one year tenancy, so much so that I had anxiety issues. Finally, i had to dispute with RTA just so I could get bond back which took over two months!. Worst agency I've come across. Trust me you are better off elsewhere. GOOD LUCK

Have been renting 9 + years with them only just starting to have issues with water accounts , eg higher than normal for no reason ,always been a good real estate for the last 7 or so years so some changes need to be looked at in the rental side of things maybe even the head of the office should look into why things going down once a leak in ship needs patching or sink like titanic either way something needs looking into ....

Worst real estate we have ever dealt with in our rental history. Poor communication, totally incompetent in how they manage real estate properties. They don't pass on utility bills and then burden their tenants with a backlog of bills and demand that they have to be paid within 30 days or issue a notice to remedy breach when the bill hasn't been passed on in the first place.
They don't even deserve one star.
