Worst real estate I've ever come across. Minus stars if possible. They do not listen to any tenant requests. A pattern of unpleasant behavior from the landlord and agent that I have experienced during my one year tenancy. I faced various difficulties during my tenancy there with landlord locking the front gate without providing me a key copy, locking us out of the entrance, opening and tampering with my mail (even when my name is clearly written on packages) without authorization and damaging my mail which is a serious criminal offence as well as many other pesky issues that I faced. Agent one sided, has a relationship with landlord as their tradie. I always paid rent on time in advance and still they tried to rip me off claiming bogus rent arrears. They are two faced and sneaky. Tried to claim the whole bond after no communication whatsoever since i vacated. Charged fake charges on a single tile replacement for $285!! and tried to charge double for end of bond cleaning $640!. Total rip offs and con artists, so if you must rent their property, be very careful about fake charges, all about money and they have no respect and are very arrogant. Always late or changing inspection times too. They are really difficult to deal with and caused me so much distress during my one year tenancy, so much so that I had anxiety issues. Finally, i had to dispute with RTA just so I could get bond back which took over two months!. Worst agency I've come across. Trust me you are better off elsewhere. GOOD LUCK
