Very beautiful setting but cuisine without originality on the axis of the trip between lake and mountain which did not convince us. Lots of herbs, plants - trendy - but tasteless and without exclusive products. The main course is a rack of lamb that must weigh 25 grams ... and staff must be notified when you want water or bread ... which is unacceptable for a table at this price (count 800 euros for 2 ...). The cheese board is one of the smallest I've seen for a star restaurant, only offering 7-8 different varieties.
The food / wine pairing is suitable ...
We stayed until the end ... Our neighbors at the table left before the end of the meal.
