Friendly but a little expensive like all dealership.

Grant Edkin is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! If you EVER need a vehicle, you have to ask for Grant. The most professional and hard working salesman I have ever worked with. I can not say enough amazing things about this gentleman. I have texted him or called him on his day off and he has always replied. He made me feel at home and made me feel great about my purchase.

Took my truck in for a transmission issue. Truck sat in lot for about a week and a half before the looked at it. Claimed only had 2 techs that could work on my issue. If that was the case then they shouldn't have scheduled the appointment.

Wow! Once again we worked with salesman John Bickford on this deal. This is our 10th vehicle from Krieger's and John Bickford has sold us every single one of those vehicles! We have enjoyed working with him since 1997!

So I bought a brand new GMC Terrain in late April. It had a dent in the back hatch. I have contacted Kriegers numerous times about the dent has still has not been taken care of. It is late July and I have not heard back from them in over a month. I work across the street from the dealership and talk about my experience with co-workers when they ask me how I like my new vehicle. I would not recommend buying from them. They are not responsive about returning phone calls and just seem to care about the sale. After that, you are on your own.

Anne did a terrific job of presenting the product. Very knowledgeable about the product! No pressure. Very polite and professional. would highly recommend Anne Coffman! as well as the dealership!

My team and I travel for business every other week. We depend on the help of strangers and businesses that we have no relationships with every day as we travel. Today one of my employees stopped into your service department to get some help with our truck. We are towing a enclosed cargo trailer and have limited power and need to have it looked at to try and get back on the road. He was told that they couldn't look at the truck with a trailer hooked up to it, which is totally understandable. But he was then told that he couldn't unhook from the trailer in your lot to have the truck looked at. Not a good start to a service appointment at all.

Looked at a equinox they said was in great shape. Lots of dings. Got a funny feeling when everysales guy walked by and said thats a nice looking equinox. I asked to see another. In negotiation the price they offered was 500 more than the price on the windshield. Said wow what a deal too. I mentioned the windshield price and they said they could probly do it.

Everything went as scheduled, worry-free experience.

just picked up my GMC truck that they "fixed" a scratch on (that they put there) on the roof and i honestly have to say, a child finger painting could have done a better job !! it looks like all they did was buff out the black mark and then take paint and gob it on. good grief !! my husband complained to our salesman, brandon, who blew him off and said "well the deal was we would do the best we could." what a crappy way to do business. i will be telling EVERYONE i know what a lousy dealership this is.

Bought a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country back in March and had some major dust issues with it. We live on a gravel road and it was blowing in dust badly. After letting a service guy by the name of Daryl Knutsen know about it, he went the extra mile on it to make sure this issue is fixed! My family and I are so grateful to know we will no longer be eating dust. We even got a detail on it and the manager George Bishop made sure it looked absolutely beautiful! It was so shiny and looked so brand new, I had to look at the license plate to make sure in fact it was mine, lol! So very pleased with the service we got and highly recommend! Thanks guys!!

Took a Town and Country in for not being able to start it reliably, it would turn over but not catch-- long story short, 2 new batteries, a $1,000 fuel pump and 2 tows into the dealer and still has the same issue.

Update- was told it was a bad radio module... Nope - it was a bad fuel pump relay in the fuse box, fixed with a $35 part that I bought online. So disappointed with this company.

Was treated very well with no high pressure sales tactics. Would recommend this dealership to all who would like a relaxed place to purchase a vehicle.

This was the best experience buying a car that I can remember. Brandon was outstanding, as was all the staff I interacted with at Krieger's Very polished and professional. Brandon was quick to respond without being pushy. He answered questions, sent pictures and quoted the deal online. After we agreed on the deal, I drove nine hours one way to make the purchase, and was glad I did. I usually hate the process of buying a vehicle, but Krieger's made it a pleasurable experience. It's worth the drive to Muscatine for top notch, hassle free service, and at a price better than any of my local dealers. In my experience, this has been an exemplar of the way business should be conducted. I don't buy vehicles that often, but I will definitely call you the next time I am in the market.

Bought a Jeep from there and it broke diwn three times and the third time they told me to never bring it back and I ordered parts and tokd me that they would be here the next day when I needed them and weren t there till 2 days later.

Krieger Motor Company was an absolute joy to work with to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. As a young parent time is limited, big purchases are hard, and can be intimidating. Kriegers was able to put all of my worries aside and help me in a way that made me feel like they were part of the family and looking out for my best interests. I was also very impressed with their online selection and was able to view, shop and review different options at my own pace. I am very pleased with my experience purchasing my new Impala. Brandon Herlein was my sales rep and was helpful answering my questions, explaining the function and operation of the dashboard equipment I wasn t familiar with. There have been many great additions since my 2003 Monte Carlo. The keyless entry, heated steering wheel, trunk access and many many more. I am still working on the set up of the dashboard computer, but love the rear view when I put the car in reverse.

Brandon was very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I will ask for him again in the future and highly recommend him to friends and family.

Everything was completed in a timely manner, but Mike, who was working acted like I was a nuisance when I got there because he hadn't been working with me from the start.

They did my estimate quickly and everyone was friendly

* update we are now in over 3000$ to fix this vehicle. One thing after another, including a new tranmission. Drove under 10 thousand miles since purchase. This thing has spent more time out of commission and in tne shop then being drove! Complete shame. They had to know this vehicle was a lemon, and still pushed it out the door as fAst as they could. And refused to hook vehicle to their monitoring system because it was as is and they would not be accountable for fixing. Their words! Shady at the least... They should have fessed up so an informed decision could be made. Instead they took advantage of a woman and single mom.* Traveled from out of state to view and purchase. Found a Bad part on arrival outrageous price quote to fix and heating issues. Two minor things easily fixable. Passed test drive however. Seemed ok other then that. I could not have been more wrong. Upon inspection in my state basically the whole front end had to be replaced! Over $500 worth of parts and labor. When I call to question them I get the run around and basically not believed. I offer proof of receipts and more run around until I'm told well it passed the dealer inspection here and sorry sold as it. Run far away from these lying dealers. . . They knew what they were selling I just had no idea what I was in for!

The attitude of the workers here is all about getting my money and giving me as little as possible in return. The service is lousy and the repairs are not reliable.

Brandon was simply awesome. He is very knowledgeable, professional and cared about what I wanted. He takes the time to get to know you so he can find you a vehicle that fits your needs. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Brandon and I would recommended him to all of my family and friends.. He made sure I was aware of all the of feature and functions that the car had to offer and showed me how to access them and use them.. The whole experience was excellent. I felt that high customer service and professionalism is expected. I was told 45 mins - an hour. It took an hour and 20 minute. How can any busy person take that much time out of their day? This is probably why majority of your clients are 50+. Personally, I would like to know what the benefits of using your service as a GMC dealer and service center verses using local professionals like Farm & Fleet, Meineke, or Muscatine Tire.

I bought a 2002 dodge ram from there it had 74 thousand miles on it I had it three weeks and the motor went out... I've tried to see if they will do anything and they refuse to help me at all...its effecting my work in return is ruining me I can't pay all my bills and might end up without a home...disrespectfull people!

Krieger's is close to one of my clients, which makes them pretty convenient for me. They work hard to make vehicle repairs simple for me. They get things repaired, usually on the first try at a reasonable price.

Krieger's is large enough to have the skills and resources for most problems. They are also small enough to care about doing a good job and taking care of their customers.

John Bickford has been great and came in on his day off to show a vehicle. The Hendersons have been very gracious and JD in the service department did some special alignment on my Z06. Having picked up my vehicle on Saturday, I have had to take it back in due to repair issues/malfunctions. The trunk lid was not aligned, driving light not working, head liner needing replaced due to being broke during repair process, missing clips on trim. An overall check off sheet and quality inspection check sheet of the work performed by repair shop would go a long way. When a vehicle is in the shop for 7K+ in repairs and the owner finds flaws in repairs craftsmanship it doesn't look very good. Its costs them and me more money and unnecessary time on something that should be done correct from the beginning.
