I've had a professional relationship with Map since 2016. The staff, management, advancement opportunities, benefits and work environment are all excellent.

This place is terrible. They do no answer your calls they just put all your customers on hold until they hang up. Worst service. They are a answering service that does not answer the phones. They will lose you any customers that call

We have been in business for 5 + years. Using Map Communications has been one of the single most best decisions we have even made! I can be anywhere, ( on the beach ) get a text and call my customer back. My customers are impressed at the speed I return their calls!

A true pleasure to work with these folks in the call center industry.
I used to work there an the pay could be better considering the mess you put up with. Training is a joke an the breaks are too short. Dont be pregnant an have to use the bathroom becaise they have to grant you permission an most times they tell you to wait. I specifically remember a winter storm happened while i was working an they gave us a choice to stay overnight an they would provide us delicious food and a room for free. Some of us stayed an the food offered was a joke..it was dollar tree microwaveable chefboyardee (I know I spelled that wrong), an some juice I never heard of.
Only great things to say about MAP Communications! Their friendly receptionists provide the best answering service. And our callers really appreciate how helpful the MAP team is. Highly recommend.
Most Answering Services are painful to deal with. This company is a true pleasure to work with! From Customer Service to quick responses to my clients. I don't think you will find a better company!!!
I recently applied here and the way they do the hiring process is truly unprofessional I have not received a phone call back after being told a number of different things of why the manager wasn't in I still stayed positive and waited for a phone call that I still have yet to receive if someone didn't get the job or you didn't feel they were fit for the position for whatever reason I believe a phone call should be given so that the person knows the reason they did not receive the job and they wont be sitting around still hoping for a call back.
We've been using MAP Communications as our answering service to field after hours calls for a couple years now. Our business has been growing and it is in no small part thanks to MAP. They are always quick to answer, handle our customers very well, and they've brought lots of new business our way where we were once missing calls and opportunities for new sales. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Bad answering phone service, worst customer service. They can't even pronounce our company's name correctly.
After cancelling, now they want to charge us for months of unused service... unbelievable.
This is not a review of the service. This is a review of the way the agents are treated in this company. Agents are forced to turn into robots with no company support and barely enough insurance to survive. Agents are miserable. There is a reason why the company always has extra hours available, its because no one wants to work! Turn over rate is ridiculous. Look into that! There is a reason!!! Treat your agents better! We are building your ESOP for you! Come on guys, you know that ESOP is not designed for the floor agents as they do not last the 3 years required.
Horrible! You would think that answering a phone and taking a message in a polite way would be a simple task. I never had so many complaints from my customers on how rude and impatient the people were who answered my phones. Sometimes the MAP employee would even tell my customers that they can't handle their call because they are not a current customer!!! How would a MAP employee know who is, and who is not a customer. I lost so much work because of them. Also, every time MAP and myself would discuss how to re-word the call handling instructions, the request I made would not be set up properly. MAP Employees would classify a call AFTER HOURS, during the middle of the day. And constantly mis-spelling the email addresses wrong so that we would not receive the phone messages. Great concept, poorly executed. And ..... when I asked to cancel the service, the rep said she would, I later got another invoice. After informing them that the service was to have been canceled.... MAP started saying I had to send in a cancellation form, which after asking for, I still don't have and now I am fighting to terminate service!
This company bills it's clients before the billing due date of service. Additionally, representative message delivery was spotty with not many details. We continue to fight for a refund on services for 10/01 - 10/31 and today is 09/14/2017. We look forward to this refund and will follow up if the company decides to do the right thing.
