They were ready for me when I arrived, then checked to be sure there was no outstanding warranty or recall work that needed to be done. I had only 6 month service (oil, filters, tire rotation, checks) done. It was done quickly in a very clean shop. EVERYONE was pleasant and welcoming, and the coffee was hot and fresh.

Customer service was great as usual. However the paint job on my can is bad. After having no car for over a month I have to bring it back so the paint can be fixed. A serious inconvenience.

Thg employees are very professional! The work is the kind you can trust.

Our salesman, Troy was very knowledgable and helpful with the purchase of our new Equinox. He even came in on his day off the day we picked it up so he could help us set up our phones, On Star, Sirius, etc.! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly!

This is our favorite dealership and always will be. All the employees go the extra mile from Rob in service to Greg and Brandon is sales!! Great place!

Everyone was fantastic! They did a wonderful job explaining the various options on the Malibu. They were very helpful in applying the offers available at this time to give us the best deal on our lease. They 'walked us through' the technology and told us to call or return if we had any questions or concerns. We were extremely satisfied with the friendly, knowledgable guidance they gave us in selecting and leasing our new car.

Best truck buying experience ever. Done all via text at my leisure! No pressure. Met Brandon on the day of purchase and everything was ready to go! Did the test drive. Paper work and price was as discussed, away I went in my new Z71!!

I am traveling on business and had my windshield replaced in Des Moines after a rock strike on I-80, part of the replacement was to calibrate the windshield to allow for the cameras and driving aids work properly. After several hours they couldn't get the calibration completed and told me to take it to a dealer. I tried to get in a few dealers in Des Moines and couldn't get in for a few weeks. As I was in town, I took a chance and called Kriegers Service and frankly did not expect them to be able to do this. Not only did they get me in right away but did the "impossible" and got the windshield calibrated as well as fixed my windshield washer. My whole experience was simply awesome! Elizabeth took great care of me getting my car in, explaining things, the guys who gave me the shuttle rides were super friendly and Juan, you did what the "windshield experts" couldn't and in a very timely manner. Oh and guess what, the entire bill was less than I expected and was handled over the phone versus me coming in to pay the bill. My whole experience speaks volumes of the entire team at Kriegers. You hear about shopping local and here is a great example of that. Thanks all, you made my day!

Brandon went out of his way to help me finding a truck. He offered more than anyone else did and came in on a day off which says a lot. I told Brandon what I needed in a truck and we found everything that I was looking for. Everything went very well and was quick and helpful.

I brought my truck into Kriegers because the rear window and mirror defrost stopped working early this year and I wanted it fixed before this years cold weather got here. Josh Ferguson at Kriegers told me that I had cut the wires powering them when I put tinted windows in. After I told him that the windows were as they had been the day I bought the truck from them, he said that someone else must have done it. (All the trucks of this make and model come from the factory with tinted windows). Josh told me he was going to see what he could do to get it fixed for me.

The next time I stopped he was working on it. A few days later he was still working on it, and would call me. I waited 2 weeks, never got a call. Stopped in and was told by Josh that Kriegers wouldn't fix the problem. When I asked what he'd done to help me, his answer was that he'd talked to his boss. Who conveniently wasn't there. I bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty from Kriegers when I bought the truck, which they refuse to honor.

Never again.

Got me in super quick, took care of staying at a safe distance and to be aware of self distancing. Plus the car works great! Thanks so much!!!
