I felt that high customer service and professionalism is expected. I was told 45 mins - an hour. It took an hour and 20 minute. How can any busy person take that much time out of their day? This is probably why majority of your clients are 50+. Personally, I would like to know what the benefits of using your service as a GMC dealer and service center verses using local professionals like Farm & Fleet, Meineke, or Muscatine Tire.
