My team and I travel for business every other week. We depend on the help of strangers and businesses that we have no relationships with every day as we travel. Today one of my employees stopped into your service department to get some help with our truck. We are towing a enclosed cargo trailer and have limited power and need to have it looked at to try and get back on the road. He was told that they couldn't look at the truck with a trailer hooked up to it, which is totally understandable. But he was then told that he couldn't unhook from the trailer in your lot to have the truck looked at. Not a good start to a service appointment at all.
