I am very pleased with my experience purchasing my new Impala. Brandon Herlein was my sales rep and was helpful answering my questions, explaining the function and operation of the dashboard equipment I wasn t familiar with. There have been many great additions since my 2003 Monte Carlo. The keyless entry, heated steering wheel, trunk access and many many more. I am still working on the set up of the dashboard computer, but love the rear view when I put the car in reverse.

Brandon was very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I will ask for him again in the future and highly recommend him to friends and family.
