First they messed up hooking up my phone. When I went down to pay MY phone bill they told me I couldn't because my name isnt on it. Which my name was supposed to be on it because that's what the guy said when I hooked it up. So after mentioning that they still refused to let me pay my bill and was laughing at me. I dont know what was so funny about them messing up on my account and denying me the right to pay my bill. When I asked to talk to a manager they both laughed again and told me she was the manager. It was probably the rudest interaction I've ever had anywhere. And for that to be the manager that's very bad.
Customer service is as good as you can do your self and the lies and miss information about the sales is a bit concerning. It is cheap and that's how they draw you in and like to not tell you about hidden fees. Would recommend if these problems get fixed but the band doesn't seem to want to change there ways. Would avoid.

Been with Koodo for over 8 years and never had an issue until dealing with this location. My phone needed to be repaired so they loaned me a phone. The phone had an existing crack on it. Then when returning the loaner and getting my repaired phone back, they accused me of the damage and told me I'd have to pay for it. Eventually they backed off and let me go, but they should take this as a lesson to do proper stock management and know + carefully inspect the phones they are loaning out. Not angry at a specific person, but their overall organization. (Loaner phone was also super laggy and had issues with GPS)
