First they messed up hooking up my phone. When I went down to pay MY phone bill they told me I couldn't because my name isnt on it. Which my name was supposed to be on it because that's what the guy said when I hooked it up. So after mentioning that they still refused to let me pay my bill and was laughing at me. I dont know what was so funny about them messing up on my account and denying me the right to pay my bill. When I asked to talk to a manager they both laughed again and told me she was the manager. It was probably the rudest interaction I've ever had anywhere. And for that to be the manager that's very bad.
