Been with Koodo for over 8 years and never had an issue until dealing with this location. My phone needed to be repaired so they loaned me a phone. The phone had an existing crack on it. Then when returning the loaner and getting my repaired phone back, they accused me of the damage and told me I'd have to pay for it. Eventually they backed off and let me go, but they should take this as a lesson to do proper stock management and know + carefully inspect the phones they are loaning out. Not angry at a specific person, but their overall organization. (Loaner phone was also super laggy and had issues with GPS)
