Great Venue, drinks prices are CRAZY! But the concerts are always fantastic!

Great venue. Good view even from the lawn. Accessible port a potties. Kinda high drink and food prices.

Parking sucks takes forever to get out of the lots young kids directing the flow of traffic does not work well

The traffic! Getting into the show last night could have went as smooth as leaving..just saying. Where were the police closing lanes and moving the traffic like Champs when we were going in? However, The show was AMAZING!!!

Great place to see a show but the drink prices are outrageous. $13 for a beer is insane!

Good concert experience, good volume on the music, and good merchandise. As with any concert, expect some pot smoking.

The incompatence of everyone involved with getting cars out in a timely matter after the concert ends is unacceptable! You have people walking out across the road where cars are going down to exit is mind blowing. Get a better plan together or go work at a McDonald's because that's where you should be working!

Great venue, easy to move around, great stands set up for food and beverages. Easy designated uber parking. Great time overall.

Saw Chris Stapleton here. In the past I've seen everyone from Fuel and Aerosmith to Dave Matthews Band and Zak Brown Band. The sound quality is never the best here. Voices never come through clearly and the lows are always way too over-emphasized. I know that has a lot to do with the performer's sound crew, but regardless of who I've seen, the sound issues have been consistent. ALWAYS get to your show early to avoid being herded in like cattle to enter the facility. Leaving is hit-and-miss. I've driven right out, other times I've waited well over an hour to have our side of the facility released. I'll see shows here again, but the sound quality can definitely be improved. Not a bad venue.

What a great venue. Came from Ohio got a rock concert. The parking, staff, and amenities are great. Expect venue level pricing, but good quality food and drinks. I loved that they rent chairs for the lawn, the grass was quite beat up, but that's expected for a well loved venue. Well worth the extra money if you buy one of the premium packages for lawn seats, legacy, cabana, etc.

Great place to see a concert. I prefer the lawn seating.

Have been waiting in line for 30 minutes and am now missing the show because Ruoff doesn't have enough metal detectors for their sold out concert. Sort your life out Ruoff

I love going to concerts here. Great sound, not a bad view

Saw Ozzy here. Great show, venue was clean, long lines moved relatively quickly...except at the end when it was time to leave. A few thousand of us trying to funnel through one stairway was ridiculous and could've turned dangerous. Other than that, great show.

Fun friendly, just expensive as hell. 40 bucks for 2 drinks

One if my favorite venues. Free parking. Ticket prices have seemed to increase over the last few years. Beer prices have followed suit as well.

Good shows all summer. Lots of parking. If you are on the lawn, be prepared to breathe the various things being smoked around you.

Pretty good venue, good sound quality, great artists routinely touring here. The grass area continues an up hill ascent, giving the ability to see the action from far away (a stadium effect).

I've seen many shows here. There is a lot of up hill walking involved so keep that in mind. It can also get a little crazy in the lawn area. Drink prices are insanely high. The venue hosts a ton of shows and is nice to have, relatively close.

Had reserved seats for Rob Thomas and Counting Crows we had a perfect line of sight of the stage. That is until the music started and everyone stood for the entire concert. For a disabled veteran who cannot stand for any length of time all I saw was people's back sides. If you pay for seats sit down and let others enjoy the concert

Very nice relaxing place to spend an evening viewing your favorite musicians.

Not a fan of the name.I still think of it as Deer Creek.However since I haven't been there in awhile.Some of the things I applaud might not be new.Like the added extra potties..Great idea!! Still a great place for a concert.The prices are crazy high.Bring your own drinks & snacks to save some money!

Great show. Amazing seats, very organized getting in, getting out was utter chaos. Need better direction from crew directing traffic.

It's a nice theater. Their drink prices are a bit High. Facility seemed clean.

Great place for concerts.. Staff needs to chill out with the tough guy act and let ppl have more fun. Mosh pitting is a form of dancing. If you wont let them mosh,then you must not let them line dance at country music shows

Good sound. The mac and cheese is great. But I refuse to buy a 17.00 alcoholic drink.

I give 3 star unless I see something positive or negative. Lawn seats. First time I've been out here in 20 years. Concert was good for the price. Food & bev was quite expensive. $7 for a large bottle of water. BBQ food was very good. Very good. Negative was cig smokers. I don't mind pot smokers so much, they pick their time, but cig smokers don't care where they litter.

Love it! Very good accommodations, well organized! Just the parking is a bit not planned, just a field, but is free , so just get there early..

Definitely under better ownership now!!! Last year I had such a horrible experience, I NEVER wanted to go back. Then they got new owners I figured I should give them a chance. I've already been to 1 show and have another 1 to go now too! Security is MUCH BETTER than last year too!!! Also great idea to put port-a-potties in the parking lot!!!! That needed to be done years ago!!!

Well the parking roads could be graded :-) the event staff and security top notch.! Move a bunch of people from here to there in very little time... read the rules for entry and things you can bring in he will be much happier. They let you bring in quite a bit :-) easy in easy out check a topographical map for back parking lot shortcut :-) will be back :-)

Security is fast and simple. Views are good even from the lawn. A very special place with good memories

Always a great place for a concert. Grass in lawn section was pretty much non existent. I understand thousands stand on it multiple nights a week but could still use some upkeep during the season.

Have enjoyed every concert here just wish vendor prices weren't so high. Usually don't leave there without spending $60 on food and drinks for two.

Good people great music what else do you need? Only grevience is that everything like food and drink is outrageous with pricing. $16 for a burger?

Had an awesome time at Ruoff home mortgage music center watching Joan Jett, and Hart. It was my first time attending anything there, will go back anytime. It was very easy to get in and park. Getting out was made very easy to, lots of police officers and event staff directing us and keeping everyone moving. Great experience, recommend it to anyone who likes live performances at a great venue, seating was comfortable and there are plenty of food and drink sales points around the entrance to the seating area.

The venue is pretty decent. Shows aren't as good production wise as stadium shows. Getting actual seats is nice. Lawn is cool but I feel like I always end up watching the tv instead of the stage. Drink and food prices are a bit high. 5 bucks for a water is wack, but they do have fill stations now, although, be prepared to stand in line. Bathrooms go quick for guys, which is nice.

Just sitting under the stars and listening. To country music. Very relaxing

They gouge you on drinks. Also they use metal detectors now instead of frisking you so it's a lot easier to sneak stuff in.

Awesome venue! I love going to concerts here. Not really a bad seat in the house, clean bathrooms and lots of stalls, so the lines move fast. Good alcohol selections too. ;)

Great night with The Avetts and Govt Mule. Easy in and out of the venue and a polite and helpful staff.

Always a great music venue, as most places prices are too high for drinks and food.
