Really good experience ... This is not my first time here .. Love it every time I go .... The only critisism I have is maybe a trolley for the walk to all the parking spots ... But still love it and will deff be back ..

Always amazing, the venue is large and well staffed. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. They have law enforcement on standby so I always feel safe and day of the show you can usually get super cheap upgrades.
Good place to see a show. Prices for drinks and food are expensive! Need some type of order for leaving the parking lot. It's free for all. Close to being a demolition derby!
Helpful employees, the bathrooms are kept as clean as possible. Parking is always nuts but worth the hassle. Overly priced food, drinks, alcohol. Good venuw
This is a great outdoor venue for seeing live concerts and shows. They provide a variety of performers from different genres and entertainment. Prices are steep for drinks and food but the atmosphere can't be beat.
They do nothing to stop people from bringing drugs in. Last concert we were to see was shortened, one band was completely taken out of the line up and instead of canceling the show due to the severe weather, they opened the gates during a thunderstorm and let the concert go on throughout the storm and the numerous lightning strikes. Did not stay for the show because we really didn't like the idea of being lightning rods
Loved seeing Lindsey Stirling here and it was basically a dream come true meeting her in person. Plenty of room good sound at the location and plenty of options to drink and eat.
Just an all around great time, not a bad seat because of the large screens. Always a great staff, for the most part, the lines keep moving, both entering and exiting the parking areas and the venue itself. I usually go to at least 6 concerts per year, never a bad experience, I recommend this place highly.
Never really have any complaints about klipsch... Except the prices! 11.75 for a beer and 20 dollar drinks? I'll stick to smuggling mine in thank you...
Avid concert-goer, (9 shows this summer) Great sound, good food (chicken fingers are an excellent value), huge lawn, but the bathrooms need attention. They're disgusting, broken down and not stocked. If you can, opt for the upgrade to the private VIP bar with air conditioned bathrooms for $10 more. All in all, we enjoy our concert experiences year after year.
Love listening to live music and Ruoff offers that. The parking lot is a bit of a zoo when leaving but that can be expected with 24,000 people trying to leave at once. I usually buy seats on the lawn. Wish there were speakers at the top of the lawn for a surround sound feel. Love the Gourmet tator tots too! Yum!
Saw Jack Johnson. Free parking. People tailgated. Tons of food and drinks. More than any concert I've been to. Pavilion seats were great. Left during oncore. Beat the crowd out. Home in 40 min. A good night!
In 25 years of going to the Indy 500, I've never waited in traffic for as long as I waited after a concert here. IMPD can figure out how to disperse 500,000 people quicker than Noblesville can take care of 10,000.
Great place... Staff is always friendly and the grounds are well kept. Prices are inline for an entertainment venue. This is one of the few concert locations that is family friendly. We see 10 or so shows a year here. Highly recommended-
The venue was great! Getting out was awful. We left before the band was finished playing to get out before the crowd but, the side we were on hardly moved. The people directing traffic didn't seem to know how to direct!
Great views from every spot. Beautiful sky as well especially when the sun starts going down. Superb sound and screens!! Recently saw Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle and 3Days Grace. Great show! ...Also th ere is camping near by, s designated drivers section as you leave, and free parking
The only issues that I have is that leaving the parking lot after a concert takes way too long and that there are too many people drinking to excess, to the point of passing out, vomiting, etc.. I have been to concert venues in Indianapolis downtown and Louisville and other areas and have never seen so much uncontrolled drinking.
My wife, my sister, and I went to Reo Speedwagon, Styx, and Don Felder. Show was good, but $8 Pepsi had no lid. Then apparently when someone was passing through and my wife's Pepsi was on the back of the seat in front of her they dropped something in it. She ended up in the hospital and don't remember the concert. The hospital said she got rufied. Not sure what lids cost, but I'm betting it's less than a trip to the hospital. Not sure what someone thought they would gain by doing that to someone, especially someone that is with a group. I'm actually glad it didn't happen to someone that was alone. Beware.
If you've never to the ruoff mortgage music center it's worth a trip. The venue itself is quite large things are spread out enough that you don't feel boxed in. There's a really cool common area beside/ behind the stage with all sorts of merch booths, food, and beverages, also great for people watching. As far as seeting goes we had really good vip box upgrades which the box is a square section with four very comfortable padded folding chairs and you get a waitress or waiter to bring you food and drinks. It's worth the 30.00 a ticket upgrade. The only real terrible thing is when the concert is over if you don't have upgraded parking, there is only one way out of the venue, so if you are in the seats you walk out the same way as the people on the lawn and trying to funnel thousands of people out one entrance is a nightmare. The actual parking lot isn't all to bad there are a lot of exits and we got out in about 10 minutes. So to recap good venue bad getting out and decent parking. Enjoy!
I m giving a low rating due to the ridiculously high price of the service fees. I just purchased two standard lawn tickets @ $44.50 each making the total in fees and tax $36.20. That s nearly a third ticket! Unbelievable! Then with ticket insurance our grand total for TWO STANDARD LAWN TICKETS was $143.02.
I see multiple concerts here over the summers and this is one of the best music venues I have been to. General admission tickets on the lawn are always affordable. You are able to rent low profile chairs there so you are not sitting on the grass. Box seats are great too. Beer is a little pricey, but you can tailgate in the parking lot before to lower how much you buy in the venue.
The guest services at this venue was amazing. I forgot my mother's wheelchair and the staff made sure she got to her seat without having to walk that long distance. Great staff
I first want to say that the Twins of Evil tour was AWESOME! I am a retired Marine, so the first thing I looked for was security. As soon as we pulled onto the main road to the venue I saw a large presence of police. That made me happy. The parking was somewhat organized, but considering that thousands of people were in a hurry and possibly already "pre flighting" it was expected. The venue was well laid out, bathrooms were clean, on the spot attendants was a good idea. They were polite despite the fact they were cleaning up after a bunch of drunk girls. Well laid out seating, I was under the pavilion. The 5 stars come from the security. The security and police presence made me feel secure, before, during and after the show.
I was in section H and loved it! Great view! Section H row V seats 4 and 5 to be exact.. I felt like the food venders are very expensive tho. Please add some more affordable options. Other than that. The place is very clean and has great adequate security.
