Great experience! No high pressure sales at all. I live 3 hours away and I sent pictures of my Vette and Bo gave me a good range of what mine was worth. When I went there he met the highest part of the range and I felt I got a real good deal!!!

I did an online credit application that somehow ended up with Klick Lewis. I was contacted by Lewis Giles telling me that I was approved. I know that I had some credit issues so it was nice to hear but surprising since both my Credit Karma and Credit Wise apps are showing that I have no inquiries. Then I was told they are looking at my app so I said that to me that means that I am not approved yet. They He said I was approved for somewhere between $10,000 and $20,000 but they needed my pay stubs and Bank Statement. Again, how am I approved when no banks looked at my credit? I messaged Lewis back and told him apparently he says whatever he thinks people want to hear instead of the truth. If he had just been honest with me I would have come in but now I am no longer interested. I prefer to deal with someone honest.

I travel quite a bit for work so setting up a service appt. can be a challenge. I called Scott late Friday as my new Chevy Blazer was up for first service. Scott worked me into service for today/Saturday. Scott and the service team did a great job from getting me on the schedule to quickly performing the initial service on my vehicle. Nice to know I can rely on the team at Klick Lewis to provide excellent reliable service for my vehicle fitting into my busy schedule. Also note I bought the New Chevy Blazer from Klick Lewis and it is a sharp car. I have never gotten so many compliments on a car I have driven. Todd & Patrick did a nice job moving me from my Equinox also purchased from Klick Lewis to the New Blazer.

We recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse from Klick Lewis in Palmyra. We worked with Lewis Giles. I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Lewis. He was very patient and accommodating with us as we went through the process of selecting a car that would meet our needs. We test drove multiple vehicles on multiple days and Lewis was great about it. He put no pressure on us, answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. When we finally decided on a vehicle, he walked us through the trade in and finance process and gave us all of the options to chose from. He never pressured us on anything and we very much appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Lewis at Klick Lewis if you need a vehicle. He will take care of you and with no pressure.

Well I received a call from a gentleman and I lost service because where I live I don't have good service at my house and when I did receive service again I received a text message saying thanks for hanging up on me well I didn't hang up on the person I lost service so to accuse me of hanging up with out knowing the situation is bad customer service and makes people not want to buy from that place and make people want to buy somewhere else so before you accuse someone of hanging up on you make sure you know everything so I will look for a vehicle somewhere else since that happened and where I live I actually don't have good cell phone service I lose service all the time even when family members would call me and I'm a certain part of my house my phone will lose service because of where I live andjand a little helper to people that own a business if you people to buy from you don't assume stuff because you don't know what their situation is and you may be surprised so some other dealer will get my business don't assume stuff because I seen a video of a gentleman that is dressed up as a homeless man and a gentleman dressed up like he has a bunch of money and two car sales people were trying to sell this new car well the gentleman that was dressed as a homeless man was actually a millionaire and the person who was dressed like he had a bunch of money actually didn't because the one sales person was a young guy and told the gentleman that dressed like a homeless person that he couldn't afford the vehicle well the gentleman dressed like he had money was also interested in the same car and the sales man that told the gentleman who was dressed like a homeless man who couldn't afford the vehicle found out real quick don't judge a book by its cover because he ran the gentleman's credit who was dressed up like he had money and that guy couldn't get approved well the sales man came back and told the other sales person that the car was still for sale and the gentleman who dressed like he was homeless was the one who brought the car and he also knew the owner of the dealership so moral of the story is dont judge and don't assume until you know what happened or you know 100 percent about that person because you start to assume you will lose a customer or a potential customer just because something happened

We had two issues- 1- car was hesitating, they found an issue with a coil that was causing a misfire. Fixed it and now the vehicle is good.
2- car overheats. This is the 7th or 8th time we have had the vehicle in for this problem since we bought it 17 months ago. The service dept. says they can t find a problem, but within 2-3 months the coolant tank is empty and the car overheats again. Getting very frustrated. Loved working with the salesman, but would never buy a vehicle here again based on the service department.

I usually don t review but the service at Klick Lewis was top notch! I pulled into the garage area (which was great due to inclement weather). The service manager Scott Rhine was there to greet me. He was very friendly and professional. Called me when my truck was done with service appointment. When I arrived I was surprised again by a nice shiny truck. When he took delivery of it they reset it according to the Carfax. They constantly called my friend AND MYSELF over 4 times everyday for $800. He is a railroad conductor and they kept harassing him 3 times every 2 hours depriving him of his sleep. He told them repeatedly to stop calling while he was in the hotel. Without proper sleep there's a risk of a derailment. Then when they couldn't get in touch with him they would harass me and call me while I was in school. I got an in-school suspension because of my phone going off over and over again. I'm only 17 and the co owner of the dealership threatened me about getting the cops involved. When my friend confronted them about it they played it off and said it was a scare tactic. They were supposed to deal with the money from selling the warranties off his trade in and here we are over 2 months later and he still doesn't have his money. They also used my cell phone number for the bank paperwork and I got 3 calls from them until I told them off. Jim Strohecker you were a nice salesmen throughout the process of my friend buying a vehicle but my friend, myself and none of our family or friends will not be returning to Klick Lewis for anymore business due to the tactics used by the co-owner of this dealer. All I want from you guys is something to make this whole situation right.

Inquired about if a truck was still available to which Bo quickly replied that it was. I was greeted upon arrival as soon as I walked up to check out the vehicle. Ridiculous!! Called to set an appt Tuesday for a new alternator. Was quoted $150 for the part and 1 hour of labor. Get there this morning; not in the system and they wanted $1000!! They should be ashamed of themselves. Stay away!!

Keith was very professional and honest. I purchased two vehicles from him this past week and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Dishonest service. I regret ever going there. I paid $80 for a failed state inspection and a laundry list of problems with my car. They tried talking me into getting $1000 in repairs. I politely said no thank you and that I would like my car back. I took it down the road to Palmyra Auto Service who told me everything was normal with my car and passed the inspection. Specifically they told me my front struts were leaking and in need of replacement. It turned out they were just slightly damp from the normal wear and tear that comes along with 150k miles.

We have decided to trade our car for a beautiful King ranch at Chevrolet dealer in Palmyra.
We were immediately confident with a very professional sales person, Tim Robinson.
He took care of the deal for our car, made a fair offer, it was very quick. The entire process was handled with courtesy, grace and respect for the buyer.
But the experience did not stop there. 4 weeks later we received a call from Tim checking to ensure everything was going well. this is very impressive. Congratulations to teh Chevrolet team and to Tim in particular.

I have been trying for years to rebuild my credit. I have 3 children and catching a bus with them is near impossible! I ve been managing! I applied for many car loans on many sites and spoke to many people!
After multiple emails from Davis Carr at Klick Lewis confirming my approval I finally got in touch with him. I was keeping options open and the process was taking longer then I wanted it to so I finally emailed Davis back. The same day I was getting emails for suggested cars and the requirements for them! I fell in love with the Mazda CX-5 however I was adamant on getting something with 3 rows. (Buick Enclave being my dream car) Davis ensured me he was doing all he could to get me what I wanted but the closest we found was a Traverse. I ve always liked the Traverse but I decided to go more with style! I agreed on the Mazda and sent the required information and the very next day drove off in this beauty!! 2 days of communication between Davis Carr and I and I am happily satisfied! I am a mechanic myself, but whenever I need something done beyond my abilities, I know I can rely on them to do the job, not only right, but professionally, and at a fair price. The entire facility is clean and organized, the staff is top rate, and the atmosphere is highly indicative of old school values and pride in workmanship.

I do restorations on vintage automobiles, and recently brought in new special order sport tires to be put onto new Vintage style rims. It is crucial that the rims or tires not be marred in any way, as the 1960 MGA 1600 MK1 Roadster is destined for Auto shows. I knew I had no other choice than Klick Lewis to perform the task, because I have 100% trust in them. They use a touchless tire system that can install the tires without even touching the rims. This type of system is essential for my needs, but also the care behind the professionals operating the machine is just as important. I knew I could count on highly trained mechanics, who take pride in their work, would give me a showroom result!

I highly recommend Klick Lewis far all your service needs, as well as their sales. They stand by their name and reputation, and have been a success for over half a century because of it.

Service here was terrible, I came in looking to buy a used car and it took forever just to see someone about it. When we also went to look at the vehicle it was labeled as another vehicle on the information tag, as well as 2 other vehicles we looked at. So we had to go back inside after looking at every single one to find out the real price and information on them. Finally the sales rep that was helping me kept treating me like I wasn't actually interested in any of the cars and was just wasting his time. I will never go back to them nor recommend them to anyone.

It started off great but then had a little vehicle issues but it all got resolved and Ron/Alex took care of me and I appreciate the business for proving they fix any mistakes made.

Car was filthy when delivered. When we went to clean it we found big holes in the carpet like it was in a flood. Salesman kept pushing xtras on us that we did not need or want. He was like one of those used car salesman you always heard about. Never buy from them. They have not even reached out to me to get issue resolved. I am taking this car to another dealership and trading it in. Buy at your own risk

I made a huge naive mistake going to this location for service. I had an appointment at 1pm and it took them 1 1/2 hours just to check vibration and do an oil change. My vehicle was purchased used certified, barely 30k mi and this place already is telling me something is wrong with my vehicle. I just had my car looked at by another trusted dealership and this issue wasn t present. I also have OnStar Diagnosis ran regularly on my vehicle and this issue wasn t present. They re trying to get money out of customers. I don t trust the mechanics integrity at this location. Was charged $122 for absolutely nothing.

I paid 150$ for a folder. This place is a scam. I just had my Volvo in to take a look at my "oil pressure low" problem and they were happy to have my Volvo in to look at. I was given no indication there would be a fee to look at my car during any conversation or when I saw them in person to drop off my keys. They call me later in the day to inform me that I should "Take it to a Volvo dealer and it'll be 128$"...Crazy. The lady did all this with a smile on her face and didn't once try to address my concerns as she handed me my 148$ folder which the price had risen for no apparent reason since our phone call. I can't believe this. I never asked for a "Complimentary free multi pint inspection" which they then CHARGED ME FOR... I feel I just got robbed while trusting them to help me fix my problem. Safe to say I live a hop n a skip away and will never be going there again. Palmyra locals call it QuickN ScrewUs. Should have listened.

If Mike Matarazzo is your salesmen ask to deal with someone else. I dealt with him when I was in the market for a pre-owned pick up. When I arrived to my scheduled test drive, he had nothing prepared. He spent several minutes searching for the keys. Here to find out the vehicle I was there to look at had been sold to a whole seller. Only reason I am not giving 1 star is because the sales manager was willing to find me another truck. However, the truck they found was a lower trim level of the truck I was orginally interested in and wanted to sell it to me at the same price.

He heard my interest in trading our 2004 Suburban for the 2005 Excursion on the K/L lot and worked souly on that interest. I wanted an unusual combination of color, trim, and accessories. The GM help line performed a nationwide search and determined that there was only one car for sale in the whole US that met my needs. I was nervous about buying a car sight unseen from a dealer a 1000 miles away. But Bo talked me through the whole process. The documentation zipped back and forth by Fedex and a few days later my beautiful new car was delivered to my driveway. Attached is a photo of the car being unloaded at my house.
