Keith met me at the sales door and was courteous and friendly from the outset. He heard my interest in trading our 2004 Suburban for the 2005 Excursion on the K/L lot and worked souly on that interest. K/L was prompt in their assessment of my vehicle and in arranging a test drive of the vehicle they were selling. Within 30 minutes Keith was able to make an offer and gave us time to consider. We called back within a few minutes and made the sales agreement and appointment for later in the afternoon. We drove off with a great used vehicle, a fair price for our trade and a new friendship from getting to know and work with Keith. Thanks very much Keith and K/L.
