Klick-Lewis Chevrolet Buick Review

Bought a used Cadillac SRX in November and the check engine light came on within 3 days. Have put 9000 miles on it and had a slow leak in one tire due to a nail. Not there fault, except when I just bright it in to be repaired I was told that one tire would fail inspection and the rest would barely pass. So they basically sold me a car knowing that it had nearly failing tires on it. When I questioned them I was told they had half their tread left when I bought it. So in 9000 miles I wore them out? To top it off when when they sent me a congratulatory email after I bought the car they included a picture that wasn't even me or my car. Steer clear!!!

I have had this car to the dealership at least 6 times in the 9 months I've owned it. In fact, it is back now. Klick Lewis is horrible

Update. After A rough start I like to be fair. Ben in service had been terrific in working with me to fix the problems. He's gone above and beyond.

Keith was very professional and honest. I purchased two vehicles from him this past week and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I wanted a new truck to haul my equipment and use for daily driving to work.
Stopped in at Klick lewis and came across Keith, told him what my requirements were. They had one headed to them but not on the lot yet.
Walked me through the process in no time flat, but truck was not on the lot yet and would be a few days out still. I had a meeting i had to attend out of town and asked for a loaner.
Boy did he come through, had a loaner in an hour.

Gary Young was truly exceptional! I tend to be a bit impatient so, I honestly messed up one of the potential deals Gary had working for me but, he didn't flinch and came right back with new options. AND, I got a better truck to boot. Gary was the consummate professional and the buying experience was great beyond words. His son Todd Young is stellar as well. The truck is my 49th vehicle that I've owned and, looking back over the years, the interaction I've had with Klick Lewis (Sales, Service, etc.) has been the best..BAR NONE! Not a Klick Lewis customer ( before) but after a bad experience with a chain quick lube center, I decided to give a dealership a chance to fix the centers mess they made. Scott Rhine and his team had me leaving with a fixed car, a smile and more money in my wallet than I thought I would be leaving with dealing with a dealership.

So a few weeks ago I left a bad review on here and I have removed it because my sales man has redemed himself. I had spoke of my bad experience with them and not thinking about the fact that I could have addressed it more with them before I left it go to the point of writing a bad review. Not sure what they are advertising the Tacoma that I looked at was not an automatic but a stick! They have automatic. I would be careful.

Talked to a friend in Hershey this last weekend and he had stopped by to take a look at it and said that this was a 5 speed manual 2011 Tacoma truck.

Please do not go to this dealership. A contest was held in August 2019 in which any individual who test drove a care would b entered into a contest to win cash.

I entered, test drove a 2019 Chevy Tax all wheel drive SUV. After test I went back to dealership to collect my $50. Salesman said I had to purchase a car in order to receive my $50. This is fraud

Amazing service from great people - Bo and Jon are wonderful people who really helped me out. They'll work to get you into the vehicle that YOU want, not the one they want to sell you for the most profit. Klick Lewis is a bunch of genuine, nice people who are just looking to help out the folks who come to them for vehicle assistance.

I bought a Tahoe from Nick and Patrick about a month ago. They both were incredibly down to earth and made sure my needs were met. I loved the truck but there were a few issues that became apparent after I took it home. Nick and Patrick made sure things were taken care of and repaired above my expectations all in a timely manor. They introduced me to Ben and Rafeal in the service department. They both knew exactly what needed done to my truck and did so very efficiently. I will think of Klick Lewis and all these gentlemen the next time I look for a new car!

Was contacted by Bo and Alexis about an internet sales inquiry I made. Sent Bo all the information he requested. Got an email back from him saying I would be contacted back by him shortly that day. Never heard back from either one of the sales people since. Not sure how they live up their motto if they don't even contact you back.

I'm from out of town for the weekend and noticed that my check engine light come on when we arrived. Knowing that I had a long trip back I called Klick Lewis to have it evaluated and they got me in right away on a Saturday. They were able to identify two problems and fix them within an hour. Lucky for me they were very accommodating and I was able to get back to enjoying my weekend.

I wouldn't buy a vehicle off this dealership if it were next to free! I put so much time & effort into trying to buy a vehicle from them & they sold it 1 1/2 hours before we left to go there, check in hand for asking price to pick up vehicle. I kept asking for pictures & my response was it isn't through the detail dept. yet but I was still going to buy without seeing it. They never asked for a deposit to hold the vehicle or I would have given it. My husband & I scheduled vacation to pick it up & I notified the sales person by email several times that I HAD the money. I AM FURIOUS that the vehicle was sold out from under me & I wasn't given a chance to put a deposit on it until we got there!

This is NOT the same Klick Lewis I have dealt with in the past. My vehicle was taken there for an inspection of a potential transmission issue. They took the time to locate and confirm the issue. They did not just keep it for a day and say they could "NOT REPLICATE" the problem. They road tested it until they could pinpoint the problem. Scott Rhine fought long and tirelessly with the warranty company as they wanted to deny my claim. In the end Scott Rhine was able to have the warranty honor their coverage and save me from an astronomical transmission bill. Their Service staff is top notch. We are very grateful for all the long and tireless efforts and time everyone there put in. This is truly what Customer Service should be. Kudos Klick Lewis! You have a customer for life!

We had two issues- 1- car was hesitating, they found an issue with a coil that was causing a misfire. Fixed it and now the vehicle is good.
2- car overheats. This is the 7th or 8th time we have had the vehicle in for this problem since we bought it 17 months ago. The service dept. says they can t find a problem, but within 2-3 months the coolant tank is empty and the car overheats again. Getting very frustrated. Loved working with the salesman, but would never buy a vehicle here again based on the service department.

Had oil changed in my 2018 Silverado. Next morning I had oil spots on my concrete driveway. You changed the oil and never wiped off the oil from cross member. This is becoming the norm with your service. I have had nothing but problems over the last 2 years when bringing my vehicles in for service or warranty work.

Overall good experience. Gas tank was a little too low for our comfort on test drive, we put some in for fear of not making it back to dealership...But they filled it up for us before we picked it up! Keith had paperwork ready for fast and smooth transaction. Good communication and worked with us around our schedule.
