I paid 150$ for a folder. This place is a scam. I just had my Volvo in to take a look at my "oil pressure low" problem and they were happy to have my Volvo in to look at. I was given no indication there would be a fee to look at my car during any conversation or when I saw them in person to drop off my keys. They call me later in the day to inform me that I should "Take it to a Volvo dealer and it'll be 128$"...Crazy. The lady did all this with a smile on her face and didn't once try to address my concerns as she handed me my 148$ folder which the price had risen for no apparent reason since our phone call. I can't believe this. I never asked for a "Complimentary free multi pint inspection" which they then CHARGED ME FOR... I feel I just got robbed while trusting them to help me fix my problem. Safe to say I live a hop n a skip away and will never be going there again. Palmyra locals call it QuickN ScrewUs. Should have listened.
