Great to work with Ciocca in leasing a 2014 Honda Civic. The price was right and Jesse Dinkel did a great job in presenting the car and making us feel welcome. He assured us that a deal would get done and it did with no high pressure sales talk.

Cannot trust the service department to be honest when diagnosing an unknown problem. Wanted $1000 for work that I was able to have done elsewhere for $400. The price for a replacement remote key was a bit outrageous although not as bad as a dealership in Memphis. By the way, Faulkner gives Costco members a discount.

Went to buy a car with a pretty good above average credit score and they did a credit check. I brought my car to trade in and they were trying to offer me a measly 1,500.. then kept on upping the price even reaching over 2,000 when they said that was the best they could do with an excuse that they were making nothing from the sale.. good cop bad cop act...They said they used 3 of the best banks. When they told me the percentage it was way higher than I expected. I asked if that was the best they could do and he said yes the market is a lot higher and I asked if he could check with more banks and he said that would ruin my credit (NOT TRUE) credit is only ran once, your credit will not go down. Something told me to leave and continue the next day. I decided to check with banks myself.. I got approved immediately from members first with almost half the rate the same day..(mind you they are also partnered with them.) check also made out to me. They kept asking me to go thru them and they would handle the paper work I said no.. at this point I lost trust.. they said that I would have a lot to do if I did it on my own.. (NOT TRUE either) they just want a cut of referral from the bank. They make money for using certain banks... these people are well trained actor be careful and do your homework and go directly thru a bank yourself. They will try to sell you a very expensive gap with a monthly $60 rate for the rest of the loan when you can pay a one time fee of $399 for a members first gap. I m not referring anyone here ever after all they did and even switching our finance person so we wouldn t ask questions. I asked what the percentage was of the other banks and they said it was lower and I asked why didn t you use them.. lies behind lies. Also don t let them bill you bi-weekly.. the reason they do this is you end up paying more even in taxes!

I wasn t going to write a review, mainly because I was asked NOT to as part of the final negotiation agreement, but I would not be OK with anyone else going through the experience I had.
Feb 28, 2019 started off great. I planned on looking at used vehicles in Reading, but after a phone call from Cioccca about a vehicle I inquired about online through TRUECAR, I quickly changed my plans. I chose to drive to Ciocca instead ONLY because I was TOLD/PROMISED on the phone that the vehicle I was interested in (a 2017 Hyundai Accent, basic stock) was VERY negotiable for two reasons. First, it had been on their lot for over 2 months, and second, it was the last day of the month and they were extending their President s Day Sale through the end of the day because they needed to move these vehicles out to make room for new inventory. Presidents Day Sale? I found out that doesn t really exist, all BULL S**T!
Listed at $9500, I was thinking it would be very possible and reasonable to easily purchase this vehicle for $9000. Sounds reasonable .right? Given ALL the above info, and forgot to mention TRUECAR offered a $100 coupon off any purchase just for filling out some info online. I have the email to PROVE this!
Got to dealership, about 45 minute drive, with my teenage son and my 9-year-old daughter. I was immediately greeted at the door with friendly, smiling faces. Jesse McKee was our sales consultant. He was AMAZING throughout this whole process, as AGONIZING as it unfolded.
We test drove 2 cars, the original one I inquired about and another that was slightly out of my comfort zone financially. Knowing I needed to finance and keep payments down I told Jessie we could start negotiating on the price. Jessie went to a back office (as they always do) to talk to Patrick METZ, a sales manager who introduced himself to me with a fake smile upon arrival. Jessie returned with a out of door price of $10,373. This was total price with taxes, dealer fees, etc. However this was the Full asking price of car and I was certain we can do better than this because REMEMBER, I was PROMISED on the phone that the CAR WAS ON LOT FOR OVER 2 MONTHS, IT'S THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, PRESIDENTS DAY SALE and at the VERY LEAST I had $100 off from TRUECAR. I counter-offered with $9900 out the door . Super Reasonable, right? After all, I was a very qualified customer, ready to buy with excellent credit score (over 800) sitting right in front of them. NOPE!! NO DEAL!!!!! The sales manager PATRICK METZ that Jessie needs to bring offers to said that a lady just came in and wanted to test-drive the same exact car that I was already in the middle of negotiating on. Patrick came out of the back office to tell me face to face that if this lady was willing to pay FULL ASKING PRICE for this car, he was going to sell it to her because that is GOOD BUSINESS!!!!! WHAT?!?!? Are you kidding me? Who trains these people? I thought I was on Hidden Camera or What would you do because these people could not be for real. What happened to all the things I was told and promised on the phone just to get me to the dealership? Not even $100 would be taken off the price because they have another customer that just walked in and MIGHT pay full asking price? I was already there for 2 hours, on a school night, with my children, ready to buy!
I could have left, but Jessie was so cool and understanding of how WRONG this situation was. He went to see if he could talk to someone about the ETHICALLY WRONG situation they just put his customer in.
Another manager, Brian, came out to talk to me about the situation. He apologized for Patrick s way of handling things but Brian said he didn t know how to tell the other lady that she could not buy the car if she was willing to. EASY Brian, Just tell her NO , the way you did to me when I was in the middle of negotiating.

Bought a used Honda Odyssey here a few days ago. Got it off the lot and noticed the ac was making a weird noise. I didn't have a warranty so at this point the problem was technically mine to deal with. I called Ciocca and they replaced the blower motor at no charge. Great experience with them so far. They clearly go out of their way to make sure their customer service is stellar.

He made our shopping experience enjoyable, lots of joking and laughing throughout the whole process. His main concern was that we left there happy with our purchase. The battery light came on in my Odyssey and I called to see if I could get it in to be checked that day & was told it would be no problem. On my way from work I noticed I was having other problems and was loosing various electrical items. Unfortunately I didn't make it to the dealership, my van died a couple of blocks from the dealership. I called Grahm from the dealership and told him what happened and I would have to call a tow truck to get there. He asked where I was and I told him, he said to hang tight he would be right there with a battery. Within 10 minutes, Grahm and a service tech showed up with a new battery and changed it for me. When the vehicle started, Grahm suggested I take it into the shop to be checked just to be safe which I agreed was a good idea. Once in the shop they determined that it was a bad alternator and not just the battery. Unfortunately, they didn't have an alternator in stock & I had to leave my vehicle there overnight so they could replace it the next day. Since it was closing time for the service department and the courtesy shuttle was done for the day, Grahm gave me a ride home from the dealership in his personal vehicle. As far as I'm concerned, Grahm had gone above and beyond in taking care of a customer, as do most of the people I deal with at the dealership which is why I continue to keep coming back!!!!

Called Ciocca for warranty service for my 2016 Pil...

Called Ciocca for warranty service for my 2016 Pilot. The car shifts abruptly, and the air conditioning for the passenger is not nearly as cold as for the driver. We asked for a loaner car during service, which they said they couldn't confirm. I would have to call and see if one was available, and if not, reschedule. Red flag #1.

After dropping off the car, they call to say that nothing is wrong with the car. I was told some cars have "rough shifts" and the air conditioning was not significantly different. I am not buying the "rough shifts" explanation, but what can I do? Also - there is a huge difference between the air temperature of the driver and passenger. They offered to run another test for the air conditioning. I agreed. I was told I needed a battery. I agreed to that, too. They said the total charges would be about $300.

The rest of the day passes, no word from Ciocca. The next day, I am leaving work and give them a call to check on the status, and they say the car is done. I never received information as to how the air conditioning test went, nor was told that my work was complete. On the phone, they tell me that the car needed a special battery which significantly increased the cost of the item, to which they asked if they had my permission for the charge. The work had already been done! The technician said they would take the battery back out if I wouldn't pay for the more expensive battery. Seems like bait and switch to me! Additionally, they used extra freon and said that raised the price of the work. Again - no one called me to let me know this was happening or get permission for these charges.

So what happens next? Well, they knew I wouldn't be happy with the bill. The technician told me the bill was going to be $600, but he took off over $200 as a courtesy. After looking at the invoice, the bill was $430 and he took off $65. The technician mentioned the survey and tried to pressure me to give good scores by telling me there is either 100% satisfaction, or 0% - no in between. Well, what level of satisfaction does he think I would have after this experience?

The communication at Ciocca is horrible. I only went there because we had an extended warranty for work on our Pilot. From purchase to service, I have been consistently disappointed. My car does not run smoothly. My air conditioning is not cold on the passenger side. Ciocca doesn't care about the issues with my car, my frustration, or my wallet.

I had a great experience with Ciocca Honda. We worked with Howard to trade in my 2007 Xterra, and leave with a shiny new (to me) 2012 Honda Accord.
2 days later, and I'm still happy with the experience. Howard was entertaining, and made the 4 hours enjoyable.

Even crazier on my part, I ended up buying the car. It was a basic car, stock model, no bells and whistles, kinda what I was looking for. If it wasn t for Jessie hanging in there with us trying to do his best in what turns out is a AWFUL, MONEY-HUNGRY, DISHONEST dealership, I would have left with my children and kept them from experiencing what GREED can do to people. I was literally there until 11:00 pm on a school night all because they felt it necessary to suck every penny possible out of someone who has served their country, worked hard to build and maintain excellent credit and takes pride in being honest and doing what is right.
I really can t believe they haven t done more to make this up to me. Even a couple EXTRA free oil changes would have been a nice gesture. AT THE VERY LEAST! Maybe a gas card...ANYTHING! We were offered NOTHING extra that anyone else buying a car was offered and I was more patient and reasonable throughout the entire UNBELIEVABLE process than anyone else would have been.
To make matters worse, they have you Sign a paper where there is no "Cool Down" period. Most dealerships give you 3 days to return a vehicle if you change your mind. NOT CIOCCA! I discussed the situation with my husband when I FINALLY got home at MIDNIGHT, we likely would have returned the stupid car and bought elsewhere. There are THOUSANDS of cars/dealerships out there.....NOT AS SHADY.....and this was NOT the best deal I could have found.
If you decide to give them a chance anyway, contact Jessie McKee. He is amazing and honest. He is not to blame for any of the decisions the managers make. Jessie is the only reason I have anything positive to say about CIOCCA HONDA. Thank you Jessie, and I m sorry you were put in such an awkward situation. I hope they at least make it up to you somehow.

Good experience buying a vechile. Everyone I worked with was understanding and patient through the process. Highly recommend Jesse McKee for your next vechile purchase***update had to take 2 stars away not from the purchase but from the service. Got rear ended 2 weeks after purchase and took to Ciocca for repairs. Ciocca collision had to push the completion day back 3 days after allready having vechile for 2 weeks. I asked for a rental for 1 day since the push backs was from them. Got told from Ciocca collision they could not help me. Called the sales department and spoke to the new car manager Jeff since this is a very recent purchase thinking they can assist since they advertise when you purchase from them you can get a rental car for a day when getting service done. He told me my situation doesnt apply and frankly he could care less. Unfortunately feels like customer service is dying with them~buyer beware at Ciocca they only care about your purchase after that they can care less

I had some maintenance that had to be done to my 2017 Honda CR-V. I was coming in for an oil change, tire rotation, and my rear differential fluid needed to be changed. While I was there, service employee offered 2 other services that were due in regards to my mileage I had. I added getting a couple of filters changed and doing a 4 wheel alignment. My car was done in just about 2.5 hours, which I thought was fair. I gave a not-so-good review last time I had my car done. This time, the service given was excellent.

I want to send a Thank YOU, beyond what I can say enough about, to Tyler Lewis, Nader Bushra, Bryan Rodas, and Brooks Collins!!!!! You All made my experience at Ciocca Honda Amazing and Smooth and Simple!!! Tyler is the Best Salesman! He went above and beyond to make my experience easy and to also make sure all my expectations were met! Nader was so Great at finding me someone who would help me with financing and then explained all the details to me in terms I understood! Bryan was Awesome just double checking to make sure I received the best customer service, which there wasn t aging to worry about because Tyler is Awesome and Amazing! Brooks made sure all the details were buttoned up from Nader, which Nader Rocks at his job! Thank You all Again for All Your help and support and hard work to go above and beyond!! I recently bought a newer used car from Ciocca Honda and I ve never been happier. Jason Hlaverty. walked me through every step of the buying process. From the test drive, to appraisal, then to financing options and more. Usually I get weirded out when a salesman approaches me, especially when they have no clue of the vehicle I m interested in, but Jason was 100% honest with me and if he didn t know an answer, he talked to a person that did. Thank you Jason for making my buying experience pleasant. I highly recommend Jason if you re in the market to buy a new or used car from Ciocca Honda!

My wife needed a new used car and my USAA car buying service recommended Ciocca Honda of Hbg. We found exactly what we needed working with Amy Troupman. She was the vy best car sales person l ever worked with. She and the team from internet sales to finance were top drawer. No pressure, an oddity for car sales, just honest support like buying from a friend. I never delt with this agency but will in the future and will recommend it and Amy whenever l learn a friend is looking for a car.

I made an appointment and asked if they sell the car before I get there to please call me as I did not want to drive a half an hour to see something else. I show up and they tell me the car is sold. No one called me. The old bait and switch trick. Do not trust these guys

Dream experience! We knew what used car we wanted. Called ahead to make sure it was ready to drive off the lot. Got there and met Chad. He was very friendly. Test drive was good. Car was over Blue book and they came down a bit. We had to wait for my daughter to arrive to sign papers and they suggested we go to lunch and bring back the receipt so they could cover it. Very very thoughtful. Whole experience was drama free! Finance guy was Nick and he, too, was very friendly and personable. Would go back here in a minute!

After losing my only key to my car on the first ride of the day at Hershey Park, I thought my entire vacation was going to be ruined--but Ciocca Honda came to the rescue. They were able to squeeze me that day and had a new key for me in under an hour. Thanks to the staff at Ciocca I was back at Hershey Park enjoying more rides (with my keys stashed safely in a locker) in no time. The staff at Ciocca were helpful, accommodating, and caring--if you're from the area don't hesitate to get your car serviced here.

I purchased my Honda Accord here at Ciocca Honda. They are a full-service dealership and provide excellent service on the vehicles. The dealership is consistently sending coupons for regular services and are happy to apply them to your final bill. the waiting area at ciocca Honda is comfortable and spacious with complimentary water coffee etc and they always wash your car. My only beef is that the free multi-point inspection always shows something that "needs" to be done, for instance, my transmission fluid light indicator did not go on but the service manager suggested that I was 13,000 miles over the recommended service interval. At first I agreed to have the transmission fluid replaced but then found out it was going to be almost $120 when indeed the dashboard light indicator did not indicate that it needed new fluids. Also, what they charge for the cabin filter is just outrageous considering you can buy it online and replace it in less than 30 seconds... It seems exorbitant for them to charge what they charge to replace it when it's so easy. I understand that they need to keep their staff employed however if you purchase your car there they shouldn't be gouging you on service items afterwards....

I went to Ciocca knowing which vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was greated at the door by Dan and he was extremely friendly from the start. He noticed I was wearing a Hershey Bears hoodie and made some small talk about a fishing trip he had with a former bears player. I immediately felt comfortable dealing with Dan. I told Dan that I was interested in purchasing the Insight and he offered a test drive. Prior to the actual test drive, Dan showed me around the car and explained all the features to me. He was very informative about the vehicle. After the test drive, we went inside and started to get the deal done. We were offered complimentary coffee as we began to hash out the details. Dan introduced me to Andrew, a finance specialist, who began to help search for the vehicle I wanted. They informed me that the Insight is a very difficult vehicle to track down because there aren't many of them made. They did track down a few that were not my preferred color choice and didn't have all of the features I wanted. I opted to wait and let them work their magic to find one that was perfect for me. It only took about two weeks until I received the call that they found one for me! When I went in to pick it up, I finalized all the financial details with Tony who was very knowledgeable and super nice. Some of the accessories that I ordered with the vehicle had to be special ordered and weren't there when I picked up the vehicle. When the parts came in, Dan called me and I was able to go in the same day to have them installed. The service department is the best that I have ever dealt with. They have an area that you drive into and they great you at the door to check you in. I waited in the waiting room which has a giant tv and complimentary coffee and soda. When my car was ready, they actual came and got me in the waiting room, it was fantastic. My experience overall was extraordinary! I would definitely recommend this dealer to anybody who is interested in a new Honda!!!

Well organized, professional, young & healthy sale...

Well organized, professional, young & healthy sales team with good energy. The process took a little longer than I wanted it to but I am willing to wait & have patience for what I want. My sales associate was Tanner Rebman. It was refreshing to work with a young person who has good communication skills as well as having an upbeat personality. (didn t seem overly salesy, which I don t like). I purchased a new 2020 Honda Accord Sport. I love it.

I have a really hard time giving this a one star, unfortunately there were no other options. We test drove a used 2016 Honda Civic EX-L last week and noticed that the display had an apparent issue as it was constantly flashing. We made our salesman aware of the situation and we were told that if we purchased the vehicle they would fix the issue. Fast forward to today! I called to inquire about the car and make an offer on the vehicle, they countered the offer and met me in the middle. I confirmed that the display issue was fixed and I was told all that all it needed was a factory reset. I did a little research and Honda knew this was an issue in 2016 and recommend when encountered to replace the display. I was okay with this solution as I was also told I had. 3 month 3000 mile warranty. I figured if the same issue starting happening again I would take it back under warranty. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and told the salesman that I was on my way. When I arrived I was greeted by our salesman and we proceeded to start the buying process. I questioned the display issue again and questioned if this would be covered under the warranty if there was an issue. Apparently the warranty only was for the powertrain and nothing else. We went to the vehicle so he could show me that it was resolved and how to reset the display if it happened again. Well guess what, it was flashing just as bad as the first time we drove the vehicle. I said that I would not purchase the vehicle until it was replaced and the salesman understood. Now let me remind you I was told that it would be fixed or replaced previously. He went to speak to the Mgr. who in return said that they would give me the car for my original offer and not replace the unit or that they would charge me the full internet purchase price for the vehicle and replace the display. I refused to accept the offer and I was told by the Mgr that the display is usable, I wish I could upload the video! They were willing to sell me a faulty vehicle, knowing full well this would need replaced immediately at my expense of close to $1000 or more. We purchased a brand new Pilot for $50K in 2016 from Ciooca and had our service work done there as well. I refused the offer and walked out the door. Thanks Ciooca for treating your returning customers or any customer in this fashion. I will never purchase a vehicle from a Ciocca Dealership period.

I am no longer afraid to make a car purchase since going to Ciocca Honda. This was my first Honda purchase ever. Amy did an excellent job in setting me up in a car specifically designed for my current need. With no pressure to purchase, she simply highlighted all the benefits of driving a Honda. After the decision to purchase, the rest of the team made me feel welcome in the Honda family. Thank you Ciocca Honda for making this a positive experience!

Ultra comforting and relaxing, that is until it is time to talk numbers. I have bought a fair share of cars over the past decade and I have never had a dealership flip so hard from super welcoming to hardcore pressuring so fast. Sad, considering I loved the car and was ready to buy. Will think real hard before I go back here to buy a car.

This is my second visit to Ciocca and my second car now from here. I have dealt with Mark on both occasions and he has been wonderful. Mark is very easy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I went to see Mark with specific numbers in mind and he made it happen for me. I also worked with Tony in the financial department. Tony was very pleasant to work with as well and had me in and out in no time when it was time to pick up my new car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. I know I will continue to use Ciocca for my future vehicle needs. A big thanks to everyone at Ciocca!!!! I love the new Civic!!

The service manger should be proud of his staff and especially my service advisor Kyrie who always keeps me advised of only the necessary repairs needed. I have to share with you that on June 13th my 2007 Ridgeline turned over 200,000 miles and I feel that s due to the regular service and maintenance performed by Ciocca Honda!

I own a 2002, Honda CRV, stopped over due to the check engine light came on. Just wanted to know what the problem was and the cost to repair it.
They said it would cost over $100.00 to figure out the problem.
They said it was a throttle body sensor & that part isn t available, it comes with the throttle body as 1 part & the cost for part & labor would be $1,100.00
WOW, that seems way to much, as soon as I left the dealership I got on rock auto website & found the throttle body sensor the part that they said wasn t available for $25.00. Went to another mechanic & he order the part & replaced the sensor for $95.00.
Never going there again, total rip-off.....

Words are not enough when it comes to the great service I recieve over at Ciocca Honda of Harrisburg. They've taken great care of my previous car which was traded in for a newer, more efficient one. The very knowledgeable employees, services, and cars they offered-and let me borrow were all great! Definitely an automotive company I can truly trust.

We dealt with Ethan and already had an idea of what we wanted after looking at a vehicle online. Ethan immediately found the vehicle and brought it over for our inspection. He allowed us to put it up on the lift so we could inspect underneath and work to get the price to within our budget. Ethan was professional and easy going as we walked through the process, allowing us space when we needed it and answering our questions when called upon.
