I contacted Klaussner after ordering furniture from a local store that went out is business before my furniture had been delivered. In an attempt to find answers I contacted Klaussner to see if I could get any info from them, not expecting much help . Not only did I get a call but they actually confirmed that my furniture had NOT been to shipped to the closing store and helped locate a store that could reordered the furniture I wanted. The gentleman was kind and understanding, let me vent and did everything on their end to help even though it wasn t their fault.
