All I want is my sectional! I ordered my sectional on 5/5/19 and I still have NOT received it. I continue to get told that it is in production...production doesn't take almost 6 months once all parts are received. When I called to speak with someone at Klaussner directly versus going through the middle man company to find out what is really going on, they do not answer the phone and have yet to return my calls. I have been in my new home for 6 months and can't enjoy it because I have no living room furniture! I am ready to speak with the owner directly if something doesn't change. Very Disappointed with this company.
