I purchased two recliner chairs. Within 10 months the material began to fade and tare on the arms. The cushions lost their support. I contacted Klaussner and they sent a repair guy out. He took pictures and agreed that the chairs were defective but all he could do was to send his report into the company. For weeks my calls were not returned to find results. A few months later I received a piece of material to replace one arm. I was told the repairman would return to install. He came to install it. He placed the new material on the arm. It looked awful. One new piece of material to the rest of the chair that had faded. You can only imagine how ugly it looked. I contacted the Klaussner Rep again to ask them to reconsider the complaint and replace all the material or the entire chair. She advised there was no way they could do that and would only replace one-off arm. I thought purchasing "made in the USA meant something. I guess I was wrong. I will never purchase a Klaussner product again. Be careful when you think of them for your purchase.
